なぜか普段より少しだけ成長した姿となり、
またなぜか謎の術を扱えるようになっている。
それはいわゆる「キョンシー」的な存在に対処することに特化した、映画か何かで見たことがあるような道術であり、彼女はその道術によってキョンシー化（詳細不明）した酷吏たちを自在に操る。
絶対服従の手下たちを従えた女帝、
という意味では普段と何も変わらない。
ただその手下たちがぴょこぴょこ跳んで移動したり
手を前に突き出していたりするだけである。
ですが陛下、確か貴女は死霊的なものが苦手だったハズでは……？
その謎の答えは、きっと、北極の氷の中に。

NA Localization:
China's one and only empress, now clad in a swimsuit. It's not clear why she has aged somewhat in this form, nor why she is now able to use such mysterious Taoist arts. It seems she saw them in a movie once, and they've been optimized for handling jiāngshī and jiāngshī-adjacent beings. They are also responsible for transforming her Torturers into jiāngshī (details remain unclear) and are what enable her to control them however she likes.
Of course, having (now literally) undyingly loyal subordinates is nothing new for the empress. The only difference is that when she commands them to jump, they need not ask how high; jiāngshī hop all the time anyway.
Still, it's strange. Wasn't Her Imperial Highness deathly afraid of ghosts and spirits? The answer to that riddle lies deep in the ice of the North Pole.
Fan Translation:
The empress wearing a swimsuit. Why is she a little bigger than usual, and why can she use those mysterious techniques? Her spells are specialized in handling beings identifiable as "jiangshi", thus being closer to the kind of Tao Arts you see in movies than the real deal. She uses her Tao Arts to freely manipulate her jiangshified (details unknown) enforcers.
The empress commanded completely obedient underlings, so in a sense, nothing changed. Only that those underlings now hop instead of walking and have their arms stretched forward.
But wasn't Her Majesty afraid of the souls of the dead?
You will find the answer to this mystery in the icy arctic.

ないすばでーな水着姿になってやろうかの！」
と少し成長した姿での水着霊基を獲得した武則天。
クラスはキャスター。
「忘れていたが、妾はかつて道術をマスターしていたの
であった……まったく、なぜ忘れておったのじゃろう
か。つまり死霊など恐るるに足らず。無敵じゃ！」
と、サーヴァントの身であることをいいことに、皇帝特権を利用した皇帝道術（死霊などをぶっ飛ばすためにアレンジしたオリジナル道術。キョンシーものの映画から多大なるヒントを得た）を編み出した。
そうして使い魔的存在である酷吏たちをキョンシーのように扱うようになる。
弱点の一つを克服したためノリノリの彼女。
死霊に対抗する術を得た武則天は、これまでの鬱憤を晴らすように、逆に死霊たちをビシバシとしごく日々を送るようになったのであった……。
……本当に克服したのか？
……そもそもなぜ水着に、キャスターになれたのか？
その成立には、謎が多い。

Summer has arrived.
"Since the others are no doubt waiting for me, perhaps it is time I graced them with my beautiful swimsuited presence!"
And so Wu Zetian gained a swimsuit Spirit Origin (specifically, a Caster) in a physically older body.
"You know, I had forgotten that I once mastered Taoist arts. I wonder how that happened? Oh well. Now that I have remembered them, I have nothing to fear from ghosts OR spirits! I am invincible!"
Just like that, she took advantage of her Servant nature to acquire Imperial Taoist Arts (which is to say, regular Taoist arts that have been customized to dispose of any sort of dead thing or spirit, an idea she lifted almost entirely from a movie which featured creatures like jiāngshī) by way of Imperial Privilege. With them, she now commands her Torturers, essentially her familiars, as if they were jiāngshī.
Having overcome her one weakness has left her in a great mood pretty much all the time. Perhaps because she now has a means of handling the undead, she's developed a tendency to put all who work for her through the ringer. It's almost like she's doing so to relieve the frustration she felt from before...
Still, we have to ask: Did she ACTUALLY overcome her weakness? And why was she able to change into a swimsuit and become a Caster in the first place?
Mysteries abound.
Fan Translation:
It's summer.
"The people wait for their empress. It is about time I present my bomb-shell body in a swim-suit."
And so, Wu Zetian gained an older Swimsuit Saint Graph. Its Class is Caster.
"I may have forgotten, but I had once mastered Tao Arts... Honestly, how could I forget such thing? Thusly, departed souls are not worth fear. I am invincible!"
Ignore the obvious argument that being a Servant, she's also a departed soul. She used her Imperial Priledge to devise her Imperial Tao Arts (Zetian-original Tao Arts fine-tuned to steamroll the dead. She took most tips from jiangshi movies.). And so she started treating her familiar-like enforcers as jiangshi.
She is in the best of moods for having conquered one of her weaknesses. With techniques to counter departed souls, Wu Zetian started spending her days with the ghosts under her whip, as if in retaliation for all she had been through before...
Is she really over her fear...? How could she even become Caster in her swimsuit form...?
Her origin is full of mysteries.

Personality
While she's mostly the same person she is as an Assassin, she does seem more confident in her position as empress now that she looks more grown-up. She was always good at torturing people, but now she's developed a bit of a thing for bossing around ghouls, ghosts, and all manner of undead.
Attitude toward Master
She believes she needs to make a big show to Master to demonstrate just how absolutely unafraid of the undead she is. Also, she wants to use the undead at her command to scare the bejeezus out of Master.

Mostly the same as the Assassin version, but you notice she is more confident due to coming closer to her adult form. Torturing people was always her specialty, but now she developed a fetish for whipping dead spirits in addition to that.

「武という名の女が唐を滅ぼし天下を得るだろう」という予言があったため、当時後宮にいた武照、のちの武則天は皇帝太宗に疎んじられるようになったという。
楊貴妃の持つ「傾国の寵姫」に似て非なるスキルであり、国家を破壊し新たに作り替える宿命を持った存在であることを示す。
この霊基においては、第三スキルの影響か、効果に部分的な変質が見られる。

Consort's Charisma (Summer) EX
Wu Zetian's ability to sway hearts and minds, which she put to expert use as the consort for the Tang Dynasty's Emperor Taizong. This charm is based on her beauty, intelligence, and skill in the performing arts It was so strong, it even kept the emperor's son, Gaozong, under her spell. Though ill omens and prophecy warned of threats to her position, she managed to use her connections with China's key figures, which she had made and maintained thanks once again to this skill, to successfully retain her position. While elements of this ability are present in the Charisma she possesses as an Assassin, they are far more effective now that she has gained a summer-ready swimsuit Spirit Origin and a body closer to the age she was back then to go with it.
"It just goes to show that no one can resist these perfect proportions!"
Cursed Princess Wu: A
When Wu Zetian was younger, there was a prophecy that said, "A woman by the name of 'Wu' will destroy the Tang Dynasty and gain control of China." This prophecy is believed to have led to Emperor Taizong growing suspicious of Wu Zetian, known at the time as Wu Zhao, which led him to attempt to distance himself from her.
While this skill may seem similar to Yang Guifei's Ruinous Beauty, it is actually very different. Instead of just ruining a nation, this skill denotes a person destined to remake what once was after the fact.
Perhaps due in part to her third skill, there are some differences in this skill's effects while she is in this Spirit Origin.

The ability to grasp the human mind that she displayed as a consort of Emperor Taizong of Tang. Charm based on multiple elements, including her good looks, unquestionable intelligence, and proficiency in the traditional arts. This charm was enough to also entice Taizong's son Gaozong and became the reason why she could maintain her connection to the nation's central power despite threatening their position with a prophecy of destruction. This Skill includes Assassin Zetian's Imperial Charisma, but she became able to display its power more amply and directly due to growing closer to the proper age and being on a summer version of her Saint Graph.

• Inauspicious Wu Princess: A
A prophecy said "A woman of the name Wu will destroy Tang and gain supremacy over the nation", and for that reason, Emperor Taizong came to distance himself from his then-consort Wu Zhao, later named Wu Zetian. This Skill is superficially similar to Yang Guifei's Ruinous Beauty. It expresses her destiny to destroy the state and build it anew. In this Saint Graph, the Skill's effect is partially altered, perhaps by her 3rd Skill.

A Taoist art in which Wu Zetian summons a small army of Torturers who have been transformed into jiāngshī thanks to the talismans placed on their foreheads. Forgetting their original purpose of being the best damn tormenters an empress could ask for, these Torturers hop around in a decidedly jiāngshī-esque fashion while following Wu Zetian's orders, even as they find themselves wondering, "Why am I doing this again...?" Silently, of course. Oh, and for the record, they absolutely can walk around normally if they want.
Incidentally, anyone who wants to serve Wu Zetian can become an easily manipulatable jiāngshī just by having her place a talisman on their forehead and casting a spell, so new recruits are always welcome.
Attention, all you motivated, talented prospective jiāngshī! Come for the beautiful boss, stay for the fulfilling work, and as a bonus, enjoy a few rounds of refreshing torture when you foul up!

A Tao Art that jiangshifies and controls her enforcers (who were practically her familiars anyways) by attaching talismans to their foreheads. They temporarily forget their original quality as high-level torture officers and serve Wu Zetian hopping around like real jiangshi, all while wondering why is any of this necessary. However, they're also able of walking like normal.
Also, by attaching the talisman to the forehead and using the spell, she can control people other than her officers as jiangshi to some extent, meaning she's always open to hiring new recruits.
Gather, motivated and competent jiangshi applicants! You too can have a gorgeous boss, a job that contributes to society, and torture so fantastic it will change you forever when you make any mistakes!

今までなぜ霊を怖がっていたのか？
実は、過去においては、道術は効果を発しなかった。
効かなかった、のだ。
どれだけまじないを行っても、毒殺したものは霊として出てきた。猫は恨みがましい目を向けてきた。
「こんなもの効かない」と自分で確信している状態で、術が使えるわけがない。水着霊基として安定するためにはクラスのキャスター化が必要であったが、その過去があるために難しかった。なのでスカサハ＝スカディはその「かつて道術を習ったが効かなかった」という彼女の記憶をルーンで封じることにしたのである。
自らの道術を信じられるようになり、水着霊基となった武則天は、霊への恐怖を忘れているように「見える」。
それは、叩きのめせるから怖いはずがない、という状況なだけであって、この夏が終わり「かつては効かなかった」という記憶を思い出すか、あるいはこの霊基でも祓えない「正当性のある」死霊と出会い、それに自らの道術が効かない（正当性があるがゆえに）かもしれない、という思いを本人が抱いてしまったとき、その一夏の夢は消え去るだろう。
そう―――結局のところ。彼女の根底には今もなお、「国を獲るために政敵を暗殺してきたが、その恨み辛みは自分に向けられて当然である、霊に呪われぬはずがない」というような感覚があるのだ。
だがそれは弱さではなく、それでも国を獲ったことに後悔はない、という彼女の誇り高さに通じるもの。
当然、努力家の彼女は、夏が終わったあともなんとかして霊（と猫）の恐怖を乗り越えようと頑張り続けるのであった……。

Wu Zetian's newly rediscovered capacity for Taoist arts gives rise to an inherent contradiction: Why was she afraid of spirits all this time? The truth is, when she was alive, her Taoist arts didn't work; they had no effect at all. No matter how many times she chanted, the ghosts of those she had poisoned still plagued her, and cats still looked down at her with spite in their eyes. Small wonder, then, that she could not make use of Taoist arts when she had seen for herself how poorly they worked. This trauma tremendously complicated the prospect of her becoming a Caster, which was necessary to stabilize her swimsuit Spirit Origin. Scáthach-Skadi's solution to this problem was to employ her runes to seal away Wu Zetian's memories of her failures with Taoist arts.
Now that she is able to trust her own abilities, the newly swimsuited Wu Zetian appears (emphasis on appears) to have forgotten all about her fear of the undead. This, however, is owed entirely to her being able to deal with spirits meaning there is no reason for her to fear them. Once summer ends and she once more recalls how completely ineffective her arts were, or, alternatively, if she ever begins to worry about the possibility of encountering a righteous ghost she is unable to exorcise even in her new Spirit Origin, her experiences from this summer will vanish as though waking from a dream.
That's right. Deep down, in her heart of hearts, she still feels as though she can never escape the spirits cursing her for all the political assassinations she enacted, whether or not she did so for the greater good of China. However, that is not weakness. This feeling stems from her pride in protecting her country, and in spite of her fears, she would do it all again if she had to.
And so, naturally, hard worker that she is, Wu Zetian continues to try to overcome her fear of spirits (and cats) even after summer draws to a close...

If Wu Zetian was always able of using Tao Arts, something doesn't make sense. Why was she afraid of spirits up until this point? The answer is: because her Tao Arts had no effect in the past. They didn't work. No matter how many times she repeated her incantations, the spirits of the ones she poisoned kept showing up. Cats still glared at her with spiteful eyes. She couldn't use spells that she knew didn't work. To stabilize her Swimsuit Saint Graph, her Class needed to be converted to Caster, but due to that past, this was difficult. As such, Skadi used her runes to seal the memory of how the Tao Arts she learned were useless.
By believing in her own Tao magecraft, Wu Zetian could transform into her Swimsuit Saint Graph and seemingly forget her fear of ghosts. She is simply in the mindset of "they're not scary because I can beat them". Her summertime dream will end either when the end of summer makes her remember how her magecraft was useless, or when she meets a ghost with valid reasons to haunt her, which her Saint Graph can't exorcise because she'll get thinking that her Tao Art might fail (since the ghost is the one in the right).
Yes... After everything she tried, at her core, she still believes even now that all the political enemies she assassinated to take over the country have all the right to direct their grudges and resentments at her, and that spirits will inevitably curse her. But this sensation comes from her pride telling her that she's not too weak to handle it and that she doesn't regret usurping the throne. Naturally, being the hard worker that she is, she continued looking for a way to overcome her fear of spirits (and cats) after the summer was over.
