• Same as Valentine 2018, Lock-On Choco is to exchange for your choice of Valentine CE, while Surprise Choco is for a random Valentine CE.
• There will be voice-over dialogue for the cutscenes when a player obtains the Valentine CEs. To trigger this cutscene, all existing players need to either turn their old Valentine CEs into EXP for other CEs, or burn them. Or else, they will not be able to exchange for the Valentine CEs with voice-over dialogue when obtaining them.
