About Kagekiyo CQ's NP[]
Kagekiyo removes all of the enemy buffs before attacking with the NP, not just "one" as the page says. I just got my Castoria wiped with Anti-Purge Defense + Invincibility.
Answer: You misunderstood the sentence. The "one" in "Removes one enemy's buffs" is attached to "enemy", "one enemy" = "single target". The sentence means "Removes all buffs from a single target/one enemy.", if it removes 1 single buff only, should say "Removes one enemy's one (latest) buff." or something instead.
