Grants party Invincibility for 1 turn. Reduces all enemies' NP gauge by 1 every turn for 1 time. (Unstackable) (Prevents enemies' NP from being charged for 1 tick at start of next turn.) Charges own NP gauge based on the number of enemies. (The amount of NP charged is multiplied by the number of enemies.)
- NP Turn Charge Minus works similar to NP Seal. Enemy's charge is not drained in the same turn this is used. Enemy's charge is prevented from gaining a tick for the next turn.
- NP Turn Charge Minus can be used even if enemy has no charge.
- If NP Turn Charge Minus is used when an enemy's NP is full, the enemy will use their NP and the effect of this skill is applied the turn after that when they have no charge.
