Status Effects, also commonly known as buffs and debuffs, are special effects than can affect a Servant's or enemy's state or performance in combat.

Buffs are effects that have positive dispositions to Units.

Trivia

  • The following effects are neither buffs nor debuffs: Heal, Star Gain, NP Gauge Gain, Reduce HP, Star Drain, NP Gauge Drain, Buff/Debuff Removal, Instant-Kill, Command Cards Selection Seal, and Trait Addition/Removal.
  • Performance buffs/debuffs affect Damage, NP Generation, and Star Generation.
    • Performance Resistance buffs/debuffs do the same and are effectively Performance buffs/debuffs for the attacker.
  • Avoid.png, Invincible.png, Specialinvincible.png, Tauntstatus.png, Npseal.png, Skillseal.png, Charmstatus.png, Stunstatus.png, Sleep.png and Gutsstatus.png do not stack unless otherwise stated.
  • Maxhpup.png also heals the unit.
    • Healing received from this buff is a direct increase and is not affected by Healdowndebuff.png or Healpowup.png.
  • As of London update, Curse.png are now stackable.
  • As of Shimosa update, Burn.png & Poison.png are now stackable.
  • If a Servant with Tauntstatus.png is defeated, the enemies will not attack again despite having actions left. They will still use Skill or NP that deal damage to all servants / support type NP.
  • If two enemies use Tauntstatus.png the second will take precedence.
