Summer is here. And this year's summer minute Singularity is taking place somewhere no one would ever expect: the Arctic Circle!
"Enjoy the summer. Know that it has descended upon this land for all eternity."
So spoke the Divine Spirit Scáthach-Skadi—who apparently acquired the Holy Grail that appeared in the Arctic Circle—to Master and the other Chaldea staff and Servants.
Now come on in! Arctic Summer World is open for business!
Summer has arrived.
This summer's mini-Singularity is ――― indeed, the Arctic Circle!
"Now, go forth and enjoy summer. Know that eternal summer has descended upon us."
The Divine Spirit Scáthach-Skaði, apparently having obtained a Holy Grail that manifested in the Arctic Circle, informs to the Chaldean employees, including the Master:

Primordial Rune (Midsummer): A
Even in her new summer Spirit Origin, Scáthach-Skadi can still make full use of Primordial Runes. Apparently, the runes themselves have also undergone a summer makeover of sorts, but only Skadi knows exactly what that makeover entails.
Midsummer Frozen Treat: C
I love frozen treats. It's both cold and sweet.
Indeed, one can see how much Scáthach-Skadi enjoys them from the way her eyes light up and how her mouth curls upwards into a warm, innocent smile.
This compound skill includes many of the same effects as Beach Crisis, while also buffing her allies.
• Primeval Rune (Midsummer): A
Scáthach-Skaði, who has changed into a Summer Spirit Origin, also utilizes the Primeval Rune.
The rune also switches over to midsummer specifications, but only the user may know what is exactly different.
• Midsummer Ice Cream: C
She loves ice cream.
It's cold and sweet.
A girl-like smile that Scáthach-Skaði flashes at unexpected moments.
Originally, it was supposed to be a composite skill that included the effects of Beach Crisis.
It gives a buff to one's own party.

言わば「思案する夏の女神」である。
マスターをはじめとする汎人類史の生き残りであるカルデアの面々＋サーヴァントたちに「夏の楽しみ」を味わわせようとあれこれ考える。
自分は―――かつて異聞を生きた女王の影のような自分は、果たして何をしているのだろうか、とも考える。
そして、カルデアに在るからには、クリスマスのような失敗をもうするまい、とも考えているのだが……。

Fanciful Summer Nights: A+
Having changed her own Spirit Origin, Scáthach-Skadi has become what you would call a pensive summer goddess. She thinks about how to best help Master—as well as every other Proper Human History survivor in Chaldea—and the various Servants enjoy what summer has to offer. She thinks about how her other self—the shadowy queen who lived through a Lostbelt— is doing.
And she's definitely also thinking about how she can avoid making any more mistakes like she did at Christmas...
• Remembrance of Late Nights In the Summer: A+
Scáthach-Skaði, who has changed her Spirit Origin, is known as the "Summer Goddess of Reflection."
She ponders on how to give the members and servants of Chaldea including the Master, survivors of Proper Human History, a taste of "summer fun."
As for her own self ――― she also wonders about what her other self was like a long time ago, the shadow of the queen who once lived a different life.
Furthermore, since she is now in Chaldea, she also thinks about how she won't fail like back in Christmas……

サーヴァントとして現界するスカサハ＝スカディは、本人の自覚の有無にかかわらず、今もなお、北欧異聞帯に消えた神々の加護を受けている。

Door to the Great Sea Teeming with Life.
Scáthach-Skadi uses magical energy to form a gate in midair that unleashes a torrent of seawater brimming with fish, flooding the combat arena and enveloping its targets. While it works as an Anti-Army Noble Phantasm when used for offensive purposes, Skadi says it was meant to be an exhilarating park attraction designed to let visitors experience the beauty of the ocean.
It functions by using both the Primordial Runes and the giant sea god Ægir's protection. Even as a Servant, Scáthach-Skadi remains under the protection of the vanished Scandinavian Lostbelt gods, whether she knows it or not.

Gate of Aegir.
A gate of magical energy is formed in space, a gate that when opened overflows with a tremendous amount of seawater and fills up with countless number of fish, ensnaring the target with it.
It functions as an Anti-Military Noble Phantasm when used for offense, but when used on oneself, it appears its essence is to function as "an attraction to enjoy both refreshment and beauty."
A Noble Phantasm that uses Primeval Runes, and at the same time, a Noble Phantasm that is activated under the protection of the Sea God and Giant Aegir.
The Scáthach-Skaði who is materialized as a Servant, whether she is aware of it or not, remains under the protection of the gods who disappeared in the Nordic Lostbelt.

サマーイベントにて。
北極圏に出現した聖杯を得たスカサハ＝スカディは、微小特異点を作り出す。
しかしこの聖杯、彼女が見出したモノではなかった。
聖杯を発見したのは荒御霊モードの伊吹童子であり、そんな伊吹童子から「是を北欧の女神にくれてやれ」と聖杯を預かった者はなんと蘆屋道満であった。しかも道満、情報によればカリブの冒険の頃に聖杯を預かり、スカサハ＝スカディに渡すタイミングをずっと推し量っていたのだとか。
伊吹童子からの伝言に、スカサハ＝スカディは揺らいだ。
「世界が消えるのならば、新たに作ればよし」と堂々と告げる、荒ぶる神たる伊吹童子の言葉に、積極的なＮＯを返せなかった。
「汎人類史（ここ）は私の世界ではないが……それでも、もう、世界が消えるのを見るのは嫌だ……」
そして、願いを受けて聖杯は蠢動する―――

In this year's summer event, Scáthach-Skadi obtained the Holy Grail that appeared in the Arctic Circle and used it to create a minute Singularity. However, she was not the one who originally found it. No, that was Ibuki-Douji in her Wild Divided Spirit mode. Furthermore, it was Ibuki-Douji who entrusted Ashiya Douman of all people with giving Scáthach-Skadi the Grail. However, according to various sources, Douman actually received the Grail from Ibuki-Douji during the Caribbean adventure, and had been waiting for the right moment to give it to Scáthach-Skadi ever since.
Scáthach-Skadi found herself shaken by Ibuki-Douji's declaration.
"If the world is to disappear, then we need merely make it anew."
As insane as Ibuki-Douji's proposal was, Skadi couldn't bring herself to refuse outright.
"Proper Human History may not be my world...but, I still could not bear to see another world disappear..."
And so, she made her wish, and the Holy Grail began to thrum with power...
In the Summer Event,
Scáthach-Skaði, who obtained a Holy grail that manifested in the Arctic Circle, created a mini-Singularity.
But the one who found the Holy Grail wasn't her.
The one who discovered the Holy Grail was Ibuki Dōji, and the one who entrusted the Grail to Ibuki Dōji was Ashiya Dōman, who told her to "give it to the Norse goddess." What's more, Dōman kept the Holy Grail under his custody during his adventure in the Caribbean, and was deeply surmising the right timing of when to give it to Scáthach-Skaði.
Scáthach-Skaði was unnerved by the message from Ibuki Dōji:
"If this world is going to disappear, then create a new one." Or so boldly proclaimed, and she couldn't give a firm NO in response to the malevolent god Ibuki Dōji's words.
"Proper Human History is not my world, but…… even so, I don't want to see worlds disappear before me anymore……"
And, so receiving that wish, the Holy Grail wriggles ――― |

サマーイベント中盤では、
魔力不足によってあわや退去の憂き目に遭う。
アークティック・サマーワールドのエリア担当全員に対して、「自由に魔力を使って、自由に遊び、皆で楽しむとよい」と伝え、使用魔力に一切の制限をつけず、聖杯で足りない分は自前の魔力で補っていたため……
とされていたが、実際にはそうではなく、
蘆屋道満の企みによって必要以上に魔力を吸われていたのだった。

何を一人で危ないコトをしているのか―――
と、すべてが解決した後、女王メイヴからは無茶苦茶怒られたらしい。
スカサハ＝スカディは謝り通しだったとか。
また、キャスター霊基のクー・フーリンからは温めた果実酒を渡されて……
ちょっと泣いたとか、ちょっと笑ったとか。

During the summer event, Scáthach-Skadi came frighteningly close to disappearing thanks to a severe lack of magical energy. This is because she told Arctic Summer World's managers, "Use as much magical energy as you wish. Enjoy yourself however you like. Have fun with all of your friends," and placed no restrictions on their magical energy usage, opting to make up for any deficiencies with her own pool of energy...
Or at least, so we were led to believe. In actual fact, this occurred because Ashiya Douman was draining more magical energy from her than necessary for his own nefarious scheme.

"What were you thinking, taking on something that dangerous all on your own?"
When all was said and done, Queen Medb had some choice words for her, and all Skadi could do was offer her most profuse apologies. Rumor also has it that she may have cried, or smiled, or both, in response to Caster Cú Chulainn bringing her some warm fruit liqueur afterwards.
During the middle of the summer event, she unfortunately had to withdraw.
That is because she told everyone in charge of the Summer World Area to "use your magical energy freely, play freely, and have fun with everyone" as there were no limitations on her used magical energy and where any lacking magical energy was supplemented by the Holy grail……
Or that is how it was supposed to be, but due to the machinations of Ashiya Dōman, that was not the case and more magical energy than necessary was being sucked out.

What were you thinking doing such dangerous things alone ――― Queen Medb seemed to be unreasonably angry after everything was resolved.
Scáthach-Skaði was apologetic and such.
However, the Cú Chulainn with the Caster Saint Graph, handed her warm fruit wine…... she cried a little, and laughed a little. |
