First Use of NP Normal Speed

- [On/Off] -If this option is "ON", Noble Phantasms will be displayed at normal speed the first time you see them used even if your Battle Speed is set to "High". In addition, the Noble Phantasm of a Servant you possess will be displayed at normal speed the first time it is used, even if you have seen their Noble Phantasm used in battle as an NPC or enemy Servant.
