Mesoamerican myth's demiurge and god of good, Kukulcan is a protector of humanity as well as ruler of the wind and harvest. In the Yucatec Mayan language, "Kukulcan" means "feathered serpent" or "winged serpent." In the K'iche' Mayan language, the same deity is known as "Q'uq'umatz."

Kukulcan in Proper Human History
One of the most powerful and revered deities in Mayan mythology, with great temples built in his name in Mayapan, Chichén Itzá, Uxmal, and other sites across the Yucatán Peninsula. Kukulcan is the creator of the world and humanity, and also known as a god of destructive hurricanes under his name Q'uq'umatz. He is conflated with Quetzalcoatl of Aztec mythology.

Wind Descends from the Sky
As a god of wind, Kukulcan wields a ruinous gale. It is one of his great forces of nature, possessing godly, irresistible power.
Cakulha Huracan is the name of a Mayan deity and the linguistic origin of the word "hurricane." Huracan is a god of wind who was involved in the creation of the world with Kukulcan, said to have caused a calamity terrible enough to wipe out the previous human race. When Kukulcan invokes Huracan's name along with his own as a Noble Phantasm, he calls forth a portion of his Authority of destructive wind, which also exists within himself.
• Kukulkan in Proper Human History
Considered to be one of the supreme existences in Mayan mythology, she attracted great worship across the Yucatan peninsula, where enormous temples were constructed in every city, including Mayapan, Chichen Itza, and Uxmal.
She is a god associated with the creation of the world and mankind, and is said to preside over destructive storms (hurricanes) when going by the name Qʼuqʼumatz.
She is said to be the same thing as Quetzalcoatl from Aztec myths.

Cakulha Huracan Kukulkan
Destructive winds brought forth by Kukulkan, the god of wind.
One of the greatest forces in nature, and the unresistable violence of a god.
Cakulha-Huracan is the name of the Mayan god who is the etymological root of the word 'Hurricane'. Huracan was a storm god who was involved in the creation of the world, alongside Kukulkan, and once, during that creation myth, he caused a calamity great enough that it wiped out the preceding humans.
By crying Huracan's name at the same time as her own while using this Noble Phantasm, Kukulkan can awaken a part of the Authority over destructive winds that exists within her too.

戦闘時は「やった、バトルですね！」と突進していく巡航ミサイル。

『すべての生命体に向けられる愛』から生まれたククルカンは、愛情いっぱいである。
とはいえ、その判定が世界規模であるため、『人間的な愛情』にはなりえなかった。しかし。
「他の人間と同じく守護・観察対象なのですけど……」
「優先順位、すっごく上にしていいですか？」
特別な存在、人生に影響を与えるパートナー、というものを知らなかったククルカンは、はじめて得た“共に助け合う存在”にドキドキしている。
もっと知りたい。もっと話したい。もっと触れたい。そして、もっと味わいたい。
それが『自分とは違う生命』に対する恋である事を、ククルカンはまだ知らない。
知ってしまうともう待ったなしである。

Personality
Diplomatic and active. She could be described as a flawless and utterly righteous goddess. She is incredibly candid yet elegant, intimate, and philanthropic. Her very presence is radiant. She will gladly listen to all your troubles, offer comfort, care for your health, and even boost your fortunes. In fact, she's radiant even when she's silent. You can just feel the cosmic (and more than a little overwhelming) affection radiating from her. Physically.
But in the end...she's a preposterous goddess who steps into battle and demands victory, no matter how grueling the battlefield, with a cheerful, "Guess we gotta fight!" Anyone witnessing her behavior would immediately come to the realization that she fundamentally does not understand human feelings.
She loves living things who try their best, wants to protect all life with potential, and dreams of fighting at their side. In a way, she's like a sheltered princess. In combat, she is launches herself into the conflict like a cruise missile with a, "Yay! Battle!"
Motive/Attitude Towards Master
Being born from love for all living things, Kukulcan overflows with affection. That said, her love applies on a global scale, and could never become a human form of love. But now...
"You're an object of my protection and observations, like other humans, but...is it okay if I prioritize you way over everyone else?"
Kukulcan feels her heartbeat quicken, having for the first time found a being who aids her as much as she aids them. Until now, she's never known what it is to have a special someone, a partner who influences her life. She wants to know that someone more. She wants to talk to them more. And, she wants to experience more of them. She still doesn't know this is romantic love for a being different from herself.
Once she does, it'll all be over.
• Personality
Diplomatic and active.
In short, "an impeccable and integrous goddess".
Extremely frank, and yet elegant, close to others, and philanthropic. Just by being present, she sparkles.
She will hear out your various woes, cheer you on, ensure you're in good health, and bring you good luck.
She will sparkle, even when silent. She even feels a cosmic (overloading) affection. In other words, she's physically sparkling.
But in the end, she'll say "Well then, we'll just have to fight!"
She's an unreasonable goddess who will force you to go out, fight, and triumph, no matter how harsh the battlefield may be.
Instantly, everyone will understand; "Ah, this lady fundamentally doesn't understand human hearts."
She loves hard-working living beings, wishes to safeguard the lives of those who have possibilities, and dreams of fighting alongside such lifeforms, so in a sense, she is a sheltered young lady.
In combat, she says "Yahoo, it's a battle!" before rocketing in like a cruise missile.
• Motive and Attitude towards her Master
As Kukulkan was born from love aimed at all living things, she is brimming with affection.
However, she cannot express "human-like love", as her decisions are global in scale. "You're someone I'll protect and watch over, just like any other human on the earth...
But would it be that bad if I put you a bit higher on the priority list?"
Kukulkan, who never knew of a special being, a partner who would influence her life, is thoroughly thrilled to have met someone 'who can give cooperative aid' for the very first time.
She wants to know more. She wants to talk more. She wants to feel more. She wants to experience even more.
Kukulkan doesn't know that this is love for a lifeform "different from oneself".
Once she does, there will be no backsies.

その代わりといってはなんだが、『文明作成』という、原生生物たちに最適な『生活』を助言する才能が具わっている。

神性を含む複合スキル。
汎人類史のククルカンであれば最高ランクだが、
異聞帯のククルカンに神性は具わっていない。
本人も「神様ってなにすればいいのー？」と首をかしげている程なので、人類における『神』の概念を正しく理解しているかすら怪しい。
○生命の水：－
汎人類史のククルカンが持つスキル。
水を通じて生命の起源および原理を操る。天空と水（海）から世界を創造した伝説から、水を領域の一つとする。
フィールドが水辺の時に多くの能力向上が望めるが、異聞帯のククルカンには具わっていない。

Territory Creation: -
In Proper Human History, Kukulcan is a god of wind and civilization who is also conflated with Itzamná, the highest deity of Mayan mythology. Thus, Kukulcan possesses the highest rank of the Territory Creation skill, being considered equal to Itzamná (meaning "iguana's house"), a demiurge. This only applies to the Kukulcan of Proper Human History, however. Lostbelt Kukulcan has no such ability.
Civilization Creation: EX
While Kukulcan of Proper Human History has the highest rank of Item Construction, Lostbelt Kukulcan is apparently not so skilled with fine, delicate tasks, and is quite unskilled at Item Construction. Instead (really?), she has a talent for advising primitive creatures on how to live their best lives, called "Civilization Creation."
Core of the Good God: -
A composite skill that includes Kukulcan's Divinity. Kukulcan of Proper Human History would have this at its highest rank, but Lostbelt Kukulcan has no Divinity. She would just tilt her head quizzically and ask what gods are supposed to do, so it's doubtful she even understands the concept of godhood as humanity conceives of it.
Water of Life: -
A skill belonging to Kukulcan of Proper Human History. Through water, he controls the source of life. From the legend that the world was created from the sky and sea, he makes water into one of his domains. One would expect Kukulcan to receive numerous enhancements when the field is "Near Water," but Lostbelt Kukulcan lacks this ability.
• Territory Creation: -
In Proper Human History, Kukulkan is a god of the winds and of civilisation, and at times is regarded as being the same being as the supreme god Itzamna. As the name Itzamna (House of Itzam) would suggest, Itzamna is the creator of the world, so Kukulkan, who is in turn identified with him, holds a high Territory Creation rank.
But that's the story of Proper Human History Kukulkan. The Kukulkan of the Lostbelt holds no such skill.
• Civilization Creation: EX
The Proper Human History Kukulkan has a supreme rank in Item Construction, but this Lostbelt Kukulkan has relatively poor control over her fingers' fine movements, so she's rather lacking in Item Construction.
As a substitute, she has a talent called "Civilisation Creation", which furnishes her with the ability to give advice on the best "livelihood" to primordial creatures.
• Divine Core of the Good God: -
A composite skill that contains Divinity.
The Proper Human History Kukulkan would have the highest rank, but Lostbelt Kukulkan has no Divinity.
The person herself tilts her head and asks "What would a god do?", so it's doubtful that she even understands what the concept of a "god" is to humans.

A skill owned by Proper Human History Kukulkan.
She can manipulate the principles and the origin of lifeforms through water. Water is one of the domains from the legend that the world was created from the skies and the waters (seas).
On a waterside field, many ability improvements could be expected, but Lostbelt Kukulkan lacks this.

A skill which encompasses Kukulcan's attributes of water and wind in Proper Human History. This is a variant of the Charisma Skill. In Kukulcan's case, it prevents untimely death as a result of Critical Hits.
We Are the Winged Serpent: EX
Kukulcan of Proper Human History is Q'uq'umatz as well as Quetzalcoatl. The names of this god in their respective languages mean "feathered serpent" or "winged serpent" and the origin of their Divinity, as well as their very nature, is the same. While these cultural regions are near one another, Kulkulcan's fame has surpassed that of his pantheon, allowing the power of the Winged Serpent in other myths to be used. This skill uses the power of imagination to emulate that Authority.
Golden Sea of Trees: EX
The dream of all life which once lived in the great forest, filled of yearning for the boundless sky, the undying sun, and the empty void. This is Kukulcan's battle mode, designed to represent the apex of all life in the world, even if it is closed off now.
Essentially, it gets her very, very motivated. "I'm SO up for this fight!" For Kukulcan, however, this isn't a state of mind, but rather an increase in energy acceleration efficiency of the very space she occupies. In her words, "Time and space are itching to jump in, too!"
• Charisma of Jade: A+
A skill that combines the "water" and "wind" attributes that are held by Proper Human History Kukulkan.
A subspecies Charisma skill. Wherever Kukulkan is, accidental crit-based deaths will vanish.
• We, the Winged Serpent: EX
In Proper Human History, Kukulkan is Qʼuqʼumatz, and also Quetzalcoatl. These gods have a name meaning "feathered" or "winged serpent" in each of their respective languages, and both the origin and nature of their Divinity is identical.
Kukulkan, a god who is spoken of as one beyond the mythological systems of the local areas, can temporarily use the abilities of the other Feathered Serpents from other myths.
This is an imaginative interpretation of such Authorities.
• Golden Sea of Trees Travelogue: EX
The dreams of all life that lived within the Sea of Trees, filled with a yearning for the endless skies, the immortal sun, and empty space.
Kukulkan's combat mode is designed to be the representation of the apex of a single world, although it is closed.
It's like she's saying "Now I'm motivated!", and then her motivation goes up, but at Kukulkan's level, it's not just her mentality, but the energy acceleration efficiency of the entire space around her that rises. "Seems like time and space are getting motivated too!" she really does say it.

When she shines as ORT's heart, it is Last Sun Xibalba. When she shines as the Mayan demiurge, it is Kinich Ahau Impact, or alternately, El Castillo Kukulcan.
This is the Noble Phantasm of ORT Kukulcan, king of the Lostbelt and heart of ORT itself. They were originally fibrous data bodies, microscopic organisms which transmit information via fungus in a vast network of roots spread throughout Mesoamerica which concentrated an entire continent's leylines' worth of magical energy and produced the entity known as "Kukulcan." It is identical in nature to the exposed Lumina state of a certain True Ancestor. Despite this, she is still only an extraterrestrial being aspiring to be a defender of Earth, so she cannot exercise abilities such as Phenomenon Containment, which would allow her to interact with the Inner Sea of the Planet.
Entity of the Outer Realm: -
Earth is already her home, so RIP to this skill.

In the world of FGO, the Mesoamerican gods originate from fibrous data bodies which arrived on Earth via a meteorite and subsequently assimilated with local flora. The resultant hybrid plant life grew and expanded until it became a mega-network covering 70% of Earth's landmass. Kukulcan is the latest example of these information-based creatures: a lifeform designed as a fusion of an extraterrestrial species and the heart of ORT, which was used to maintain the Mesoamerican Lostbelt's existence.
She simultaneously bears the unique traits of an Entity of the Outer Realm and the brain of Earth.

This Kukulkan is the latest type of those Information Storage Bodies.
She is a lifeform created (designed) by fusing their interstellar alien species with ORT's heart, which was used to keep the South American Lostbelt alive.
