Default	カーマデーヴァとも呼ばれる、インド神話における愛の神。本来は男性神。どこかで見た事のある少女を依り代として現界した。これには元の少女の特異性と、同じく疑似サーヴァントとなっている別の女神の存在が関係しているという。射られたものに情欲を呼び起こす、さとうきびの弓と花で飾られた矢を持っているとされる。ひたすら修行に集中していたシヴァ神に対して、その妻である女神の想いを気付かせるために矢を射（させられ）た逸話が有名。当然、適性クラスはアーチャーであるのだが……？	TL Fan Translation: The god of love appearing in Indian mythology, also called Kamadeva. He was originally a male god. He has manifested using a little girl you've seen somewhere as a yorishiro. In Buddhism, it is the Demon King of the Sixth Heaven that resides in the sixth heaven of the six heavens of the desire realm, the heaven of controlling others' emanations. When the Gautama Buddha was reaching enlightenment, Mara tried to hinder that in various ways. It sent three beautiful girls to him (they were all Mara transformed), threw a plate of fire at him, rained stones and weapons on him, assailed him with monsters, heavy rain and wind...... However, the Gautama Buddha turned the plate of fire and weapons into flowers and his enlightenment couldn't be obstructed. Having obstructed Shiva, Kama has been established as Mara who obstructed the Gautama Buddha and her role as "one who obstructs practitioners of Buddhism" has been fixed. One could even call Kama/Mara the god who represents the good and bad side of the concept known as love.

Kama is a Pseudo-Servant summoned into the body of Matou Sakura.
She is the fourth Assassin to lack the Presence Concealment passive skill after Mata Hari, Mysterious Heroine X and Li Shuwen.
Kama is the first Servant to possess a different Noble Phantasm after Ascension.
- In Stage 1 and Stage 2, her Noble Phantasm is ExperiencingKama Sammohana a Waning Love, and Embracing Affection; That is Chastity (愛もてかれるカーマ・サンモーハナは恋無きなり^?).
- From Stage 3 onward, her Noble Phantasm changes into To IncinerateSaṃsāra Kama Affection in the Name of Love (恋もて焦がすサンサーラ・カーマは愛ゆえなり^?).
- Only the names and animations are different. The Noble Phantasm itself and its effect are the same.
