Description Translation🛈🛈

NA Localization: This is who I am.

The garish gleam of vulgar gold. Shackles, the antithesis of freedom. The heavy chains' irritating rattling invites scorn and mockery. It could not be clearer to all that the one who wears them is defeated. These marks of humiliation prove to all who behold them that their bearer is guilty of a grievous mistake, and so has been reduced to such a pitiful state.

But now, we are the beholders. We see these shackles unlocked, from without.

The gleam becomes ordinary. They no longer offer any impediment to one's freedom. They lie, abandoned, in the desert sands.

And so, I say again:

This is who I am.

Fan Translation: This is me.

A golden radiance that has become vulgar.
The shackles that contradict the word "freedom".
The heavy chains that invite ridicule with its ear-grating sound.
It makes me feel like anyone who looks at me can understand that I am the defeated.
It makes me feel like everyone who looks at me can understand that this person was a fool who made a blunder, that was why she ended up this way―――A proof of my shame.

However, as we are looking at it now.
Looking at it from the outside, removed from me.

Its radiance is simply that, a radiance.
It is not the freedom obstructed by the shackles.
Its weight resting on the desert sand.

That's why, I will say this once again.

―――This is, me.
