NA Localization:
One of the Shichifukujin, seven Japanese gods of fortune. However, the Heroic Spirit(s) who manifested as a Servant are not the god itself, but mouse envoys sent in his place. As a result, their spiritual power is fairly low compared to the god's original form, and their abilities are accordingly restricted. Specifically, they are limited to things like: "If you would like some rice balls, we will gladly make you lots," and, "If you would like us to multiply, that can be arranged!"
Ahh, what a fortunate sight.
Fan Translation:
The God of Good Fortune, one of the Seven Lucky Gods in Japan.
However, it isn't the proper god that has been summoned into the world as a Servant, but the mice who serve him.
Therefore, they have a considerably lower divinity than the original, and they're limited in their blessings. Specifically―――
"If you wish for onigiri, we'll make sure to give you plenty."
"When it comes to propagating, just leave it to us!"
―――Sheesh. Congrats, seriously, congrats.

NA Localization:
For reasons unknown to anyone but themselves, these residents of Nezumi Jyodo have dressed themselves in Western maid outfits and conduct themselves with impeccable manners. All we can say for sure is that their choice of clothing is entirely their own.
"Nothing brings us greater joy than serving our bosses."
"Please, let us serve you lots and lots!"
Since these Servants are not actually a god, but that gods' handmaidens (handmice?), it may just be that working as maids is their calling. Though they do have individual differences, they are all kindhearted and dedicated workers. While they may not be able to bring happiness to all equally, they are certainly willing to do their very best to make all their bosses' desires come true.
"Of course the more bosses we have, the better."
"It's too bad we can't serve everyone in the whole world!"
All that being said, they are still mice at heart, and will heedlessly follow their own impulses if left to their own devices. And while they may give it their all, their maid work is...decidedly less than perfect. They tend to get in more trouble for messing up than they do praise for a job well done.
Fan Translation:
As the mice are the inhabitants of Nezumi Jyōdo, it is a mystery how they came to wear European maid outfits and know such proper manners. But that is not to say that they're been forced into wearing them.
Master, we are happy just to serve you. Please give us a bunch to do!
Seeing as they are not the God themself, but the mice servants of them, it would not be too farfetched to say the outfit simply suits their life's calling.
While they each have individual differences, the mice are all equally kind and devoted workers. Additionally, while they cannot distribute their blessings far and wide, they want nothing more than to grant their master's wishes.
"Indeed. The more masters the better with us! We wanna work for everybody!"
However, their core nature as mice is ever-present, and sometimes causes them to act out carelessly or single mindedly. It's hard to say they're perfect maids, for they do get scolded for their rashness from time to time.

NA Localization:
Mahākāla, the wrathful god of Indian origin, was originally a warrior deity responsible for subduing oni and demons, but became a guardian of kitchens after being brought to China. Then, after the Buddhist monk Saicho introduced him to Japan, he was integrated into the mythological deity Ookuninushi and became a god of fortune prominent in folk beliefs.
At least, that's the commonly accepted theory. So then, what is Daikokuten really like?
"I cannot speak to my master's old form, as it is from a time before I was born. For that matter, as his lowly maidservant, I feel it would be disrespectful of me to describe his current form."
"Huh? Is he scary? Oh no, not at all! (said with a shudder)"
...If nothing else, it seems Daikokuten is probably not a god solely devoted to good fortune.
At any rate, we do know that Daikokuten is the mice's true master, and that they serve him first and foremost. Still, after managing to summon a fraction of Daikokuten's great power, the mice now consider the Master of Chaldea their boss's boss (or Big Boss, as they like to say) and thus hope to offer their faithful service for many years to come.
Fan Translation:
Daikokuten has Indian origins from the God of Rage, Mahakala, one of the fierce faces of the War God, Shiva. And when their tales passed through China, they became a guardian of the kitchen. And then, once the monk Saicho told the stories in Japan, they became folk lore, and a key part of a legend with Okuninushi, solidifying them as the jovial God of Luck. So, putting all the tales together, what is the truth?
"I do not know of our Lord's form before we were born. Yet I will say that all of this talk is quite pious. Huh? Who's mad, us? Nah, no way, hahaha." (Twitching)
In any case, they've become a very auspicious and revered God.
And as far as the mice are concerned, no matter what Daikokuten is like, they are there to serve them as their Master. Summoned as a fragment of that magnificent power to Chaldea's Master, the mice see them as a Master of Masters, a Great Master, and hope to serve them forevermore.

NA Localization:
Virtuous Service: A
A skill that enables Daikokuten to perform all manner of housework, albeit not necessarily at an expert level. They are, however, exceptional at making rice balls. Apparently, performing good deeds helps them accumulate virtue and raise their spiritual rank...or so they claim.
For All Living Things: A
Enables the mice to temporarily receive Daikokuten's good fortune by paying him respect and making him an offering. For some reason—perhaps because they are reluctant to borrow their very busy master's power—using this skill always stresses them out.
Country of Children: B
The mice dig a hole in the ground, enabling them to build magecraft workshops, underground tunnels, shelters, and many other structures. Sometimes they use this skill to create escape routes; other times, to dig pitfalls for enemies. A big-brain skill that can be used for both offense and defense depending on how well you can wield it.
Fan Translation:
Virtuous Duty: A
A skill used wholly for household chores. While everything gets done, the handiwork is just ok. However, the user does solely excel at making riceballs.
The rank of this skill has increased as a show of their numerous good deeds...or so the owners in question believe.
For the Good of All: A
Following a ritual that presents a respectful offering to Daikokuten, their blessings are granted temporarily. As the user is merely borrowing a portion of the busy God's power, they wind up quite stressed when using this skill.
Mouse House: B
A hole dug underground. Be it a magus workshop or underground passage, this skill allows for the creation of many types of shelters. Sometimes an escape route, sometimes a pitfall.
A tricky skill that can be used offensively or defensively, depending on the intent.

NA Localization:
『Nezumi Jyodo』
Rank: A
NP Type: Anti-Army
Range: 50
Maximum Targets: 100
Mouse Paradise
Recreates a vast underground mouse theme park using a Reality Marble. Enables the mice to use their sheer numbers to employ a variety of admittedly underhanded moves, such as trapping enemies to make them disappear and swarming them all at once under cover of darkness. To say it's not a pleasant experience for those on the receiving end would be tremendous understatement.
As this Noble Phantasm's power stems directly from the mice's power to multiply, it also enables these mice to multiply their individual numbers (that is, to make clones of themselves). However, due to limits in their magical energy, they can't multiply infinitely. Typically, the highest number they can reach is thirty.
◆
『Uchide no Kozuchi』
Rank: A
NP Type: Anti-Army
Range: 1 - 50
Maximum Targets: 50
Mallet of Fortune
A Magical Reactor that contains enormous amounts of accumulated magical energy, this mallet's boundless output is what enables the mice to produce the Nezumi Jyodo Reality Marble instantaneously. Despite its power, it is not the actual mallet possessed by the real Daikokuten, but rather an instant physical manifestation of its magical energy provision component.
Fan Translation:
"Nezumi Jōdo"
Rank: A
Type: Anti-Army Noble Phantasm
Range: 50
Maximum Capture: 100 people
The Mouse's Paradise.
The theme park of mice spreading underground is reproduced via a Reality Marble. While each combatant is small in size, they're able to attack in ways that only a large force of rats could, such ambushing their enemies from the dark, or trapping and exhausting them. It must be a traumatic experience to those that are beaten by it. The power of this Noble Phantasm, which also symbolizes the fertility of mice, allows the breeding (alter-ego creation) of individuals. (Due to their magical power, they cannot replicate indefinitely; the limit is about 30).
◆
"The Tap-Appear Mallet"
Rank: A
Type: Anti-Army Noble Phantasm
Range: 1-50
Maximum Capture: 50
The Mallet of Good Fortune
It is a magical furnace that has accumulated an enormous amount of magical energy, and its abundant output can instantly create a Reality Marble, the Nezumi Jōdo.
It's not the item wielded by Daikokuten himself, but a conceptualization of instantaneous magical energy that's been separated and materialized.

NA Localization:
Daikokuten: once a god of battle, is now best known as a god of fortune. But what is not so well-known is that he is also a god of nation building. Even his mouse envoys, who share their master's power and purpose, are more dedicated to that goal than one would think. Come to think of it, in one myth about Ookuninushi, it was none other than mice that saved the young hero god from a perilous situation, which would certainly explain why they've known each other for so long. Perhaps it also explains where Daikokuten's passion for nation building comes from.
Thus, having materialized in a minute Singularity in North America, Daikokuten decided to summon several Servants, starting with Super Bunyan, to create a world he could be proud of. And while his mice's attempts to create new myths were tumultuous, ending in failure more often than not...
...in the end, the mice smiled, secure in the knowledge that they had succeeded. For when you get right down to it, a nation is its people, and those people's various endeavors. What better cause could there be to dedicate one's life to?
