The Christmas Season has finally come to Chaldea!
Karna, who was appointed as this year's Santa Claus, in order to accomplish his duty, was working hard at "distributing presentsRoad Work" within the building liven up by Christmas.
However, before he knows it, a mysterious situation has occured where the distributed present boxes turned pitch black and became unable to be opened.

To investigate the cause, Master has rayshifted with Karna to a Singularity.
At the frigid snowy mountain where they arrived at for the investigation, they encounter a mysterious Servant with mighty power.

"Why are you getting in the way of my distributing presents? Answer me ――― you Evil Dragon."

What is the true identity and intention of the mysterious Servant who transformed the presents into black boxes?
For the sake of everybody's smiling faces, and to return the presents to their rightful original appearance, Karna's fists will cut through the Holy Night!
