While Beast III/R is the embodiment of narcissism who spreads through the universe by directing all love inward to herself, this Beast is the embodiment of loving others by directing love outward toward all mankind to drain the universe.
Kama/Mara may act and talk oppressive, sadistic, and condescending, but no matter who she is, she is still able to "love" as well as being able to twist others into wild sensual madness. Yet this love is not offered for its object's benefit. Kama/Mara's Bestial nature comes not from corrupting others by drowning them in love, but by using love itself to corrupt them.

Beast III/R was an embodiment of narcissism that "filled the universe with her own love", but this is an incarnation of love towards others that "exhausts the universe by aiming love towards all mankind".

NA Localization:
Originally a Divided Spirit who was only a part of the Divine Spirit Kama/Mara, this Pseudo-Servant manifested by borrowing a human form. While it may not have been a conscious move, the body of the vessel was split into good and evil by Pārvatī. Thus, this version of Kama incarnated in the evil aspect of the body. This is also why the Servant turned out as a female deity.
Fan Translation:
Originally, only one part of the Divine Spirit Kama/Mara that was a bunrei borrowed the form of a human and manifested as a Pseudo-Servant.
(Leave it as if it wasn't a conscious action, but) according to Parvati, the body of "the girl acting as the yorishiro" is separated into good and evil.

Kama/Mara is compatible with the emotion of love, but she is multifaceted and also carries the opposite aspects of negativity. Her existence was unstable to begin with, but her divine core mixed with love and suffering and the vessel's destiny synced up, resulting in her gaining a more stable Spirit Origin. Typically the ratio of Kama to Mara is about 6:4. Much like other Divine Spirit Servants such as Ishtar, the vessel's characteristics (personality and disposition) are retained, but not their persona (record).

The typical ratio of Kama and Mara is 6:4, but when the proportion heavily leans towards Mara, the Spirit Origin awakens as a Beast. While Kama gained a physical body of the universe, that also meant that her counterpart, the Demon King Mara, also gained the power of the boundless realm (universe). The Demon King of lust connected to the universe simultaneously as the god of love did so, which resulted in a horrendous catastrophe. Kama thus became a manifestation of calamity, a being that the universe itself with love and desire, which meant she was more than qualified to become the immature form of a Beast capable of destroying humanity.
Beast III/R, the Beast of lust, is among the Seven Evils of Humanity to have already manifested. And then, as various chain of events connected...
While sharing the same principles of lust, unlike the Beast that directs all love to herself, this Kama/Mara goes the complete opposite direction. She manifests as an immature Beast that gives love to all...by taking away love (normally directed to humans who are loved).

But when that ratio gets closer to Mara, this Saint Graph is awakened as a Beast. Kama got the body of the Universe, but that's similar to how the identical being, the Demon Lord Mara had the power of a boundless territory (Universe) in his hand. The greatest evil/disaster of "The Demon Lord of Lust connected to the Universe" being similar to "the god of love connected to the Universe". That is enough qualification to become the immature form of a beast that destroys people.
One of the Seven Evils of Mankind, the Beast of "Lust", Beast III/R had already manifested. As if that was a chain. "Making all the love be directed to oneself", that beast's course of action was reversed, however she has manifested here as the immature form of a Beast that "gives love to others ── in other words, steals all the love (basically, the one directed to lovely people)".

Normally, Kama/Mara is prepared both physically and ability-wise on multiple levels in order to ready herself for the endless human greed (lust) that covers this world. And now, with the inclusion of the universe, which is truly boundless, its next-level countermeasures came into being by targeting something very specific.
It's an Authority that is able to specifically target the greed (lust) of each and every person in the universe, indulges them, and corrupts them. The theory is that the Authority is readily customizable, and just like the infinite number of stars in space, there are an endless number of selves that can deal with all.
In other words, Kama/Mara exists infinitely within the universe that is herself.
Nega-Desire: A
A potent skill unique and native to the Beast of Desire. No matter the target, anything that has even a modicum of greed will be corrupted by love itself. If all desire and lust that exist in the universe can be granted through infinite love, that would also mean that the concept of greed can be eliminated from this universe.

Since originally, Kama/Mara responded to the lust (carnal desires) of the many humans residing in this world, she was equipped with a high order of variety in form and abilities. It's an Authority to get close to, coddle, and corrupt the lust (carnal desires) of the people living in the Universe. A theorem of "all-reacting-type selves" that can be freely customized and exist in a countless number like stardust.
In other words, the Beast Kama/Mara exists infinitely as a universe called herself.
Nega-Desire: A
The ultimate and definitive infatuation skill that the Beast that embodies carnal desire has. No matter what being, those with desire will be literally corrupted to the limits of their love. If all the desires and passions existing in the Universe could be taken and granted with infinite love, that would be the same as dispelling the concept of desire from the Universe.

The god of love, as a result, gained infinity, and naturally became weary of love. Thus, she tries to fulfill everything using her own infinite love. After all, if the universe (humanity) is fulfilled by her love, then there would be no further annoyance of the love affairs between people that so irk her.
This Beast scatters passion (or arrows of it) throughout humanity that are sufficient to burn the universe. Anything goes. It doesn't matter how low they stoop. Love them through and through even if they are corrupted to the point of becoming animals. Embrace them. That kind of ultimate pampering is what Kama/Mara can offer. She offers love (temptation) as she once did for Buddha...but now to each and every person of this universe.
"The vow to cut off all vexations...must be so hard on you. Don't worry, I'll burn all your worries away."
The sight of her enjoying herself by scorning the Buddha's vow with a smile is the very image of the Demon King, the great enemy in Buddhism.
And so, based on her original nature, her class was determined:
The god of love is a false name.
The byproduct of a god of evil...the greatest catastrophe that is said to save humanity itself.
Her name: Beast III/L.
She is one of the Seven Evils of Humanity, the Beast possessing the aspect of lust.

A fake name like that of a god of love. That's the great disaster that became a God Demon and will save humanity mostly late.

The Realm of Love, The Burning Universe.
The Noble Phantasm exclusive to Beast III/L. Unusually, it has two True Names. This is to indicate that they are two sides of the same coin. The word saṃsāra means "cycle" in Sanskrit, and it's derived from Kama's other name, Samsaraguru. Avaruddha in Sanskrit means "obstruction," and it points to Mara's many attempts to interfere with Buddha...the temptation towards corruption.
Coercing the indulgences of love that are both good and bad... The ultimate corruptive Noble Phantasm that represents both Kama and Mara, who possess demonic natures on a cataclysmic level. When one experiences this Noble Phantasm inside Kama's universe, they will undoubtedly behold a true hell—or perhaps paradise—of Kama sending herself (or copies of herself) to all without discrimination, and burning up the universe with her one-sided love to exhaust her targets.

Saṃsāra Kama/Mara Avaruddha. It's Beast III/L's designated Noble Phantasm, and possesses two True Names as an exceptional case. The reason is that they indicate they're "the same being". Saṃsāra is a Sanskrit term meaning "the cycle of death and rebirth" from which the other name of Kama "Samsara-Guru" derives from. Avaruddha is "obstacle" in Sanskrit, and indicates the several hindrances, or invitations to depravity, that Mara sent to Buddha.
A coercive indulgence in a "love" with both good and bad meanings…… An extreme Noble Phantasm that represents the demonic nature of the two gods, Kama and Mara, at a natural disaster scale. In the case of receiving this Noble Phantasm inside Kama's universe, it'll allow to see the scene of the hell ─── or paradise of "Kama sending out (copies of) herself into all directions, and burning the Universe to exhaustion with her unilateral love".
