The Fuyuki tutorial can be roughly explained in english by hopping around between articles here, such as combat mechanics and Ascension. The Tutorial will not let you skip (upper right corner) If you need to select an answer. However, if you cannot read Japanese, it's best to just pick a random one. Someone may have created an answer guide somewhere out there and it is recommended to check for that if you are worried about your answers.
Complete the tutorial in Fuyuki and perform Starter Summoning, which, as of E Pluribus Unum Chapter Release, is guaranteed to provide a 4★ Servant (from below table) and a 4★ Craft Essence.
