NA Localization:
The Grand Duchess of Ice has changed her class into that of a swimsuit Spirit Origin.
"Summer? I'm from Russia, so a little rise in temperature won't bother―WHY IS IT SO HOT!?"
She grows sluggish if she's not careful, so she always carries shaved ice with her. Sometimes she eats too much of it and gets brain freeze, though.
Viy has also changed into a cute swimsuit to match Anastasia, but its eyes remain as frightening as ever.
Fan Translation:
The Ice Princess who underwent a class change in order to acquire a swimsuit Saint Graph.
"Summer? I'm Russian. I don't mind a little heat, but isn't this way too much!!?"
Should she become negligent and burnt-out, she always has shaved ice on hand.
Now and then she might chow down on too much and get a headache, though.
Viy also dressed in a lovely outfit to match Anastasia, but its eyes remain as frightening as ever.

NA Localization:
Now that it's summer, and she's in a Swimsuit Spirit Origin, her impish, prank-loving side is far, far more pronounced. As a result, she tends to not think twice about doing the sort of reckless things she would never otherwise have attempted, so you can't take your eyes off her for too long. Left to her own devices, she might end up doing something crazy, like diving headfirst into a pool of lava. Despite her Independent Action, she prefers staying with her friends, allies, and Master.
On that note, it seems she wants to treat her Master much the way a cat treats its owner (i.e. equal parts friendly, mischievously, carelessly, and cuddly, depending on her mood).
Fan Translation:
It's summer, and with the swimsuit Saint Graph the girl's mischievous side is completely pushed to the forefront.
However, because of this, she's more liable to not think twice about doing the kind of reckless things she normally wouldn't. As such, extra caution is advised.
When walking your festive rounds with a laugh, you might find yourself pushed into a pit of lava.
Walking alongside a friend, coworker, or Master will likely lend you more enjoyment than going alone.

As long as Viy is around, she can do just about anything on her own, including use her Noble Phantasm. However, in spite of her ability to act alone, she prefers not to leave Master's side if she has any choice in the matter.

Her swimsuit contract is treated separately from her other contract.

It is what it says.
Enables Anastasia to control, manifest, and generate anything she thinks of as being connected to summer. Though powerful, it doesn't lend itself to attacking other things which might be connected to summer.
"I suppose I mainly use it to barbecue at the beach house."
Freezing Summer Time: A
Anastasia enjoys herself so much that she has to stop herself from wishing time would simply freeze. Uses Viy's Mystic Eyes to force things to a stop. By using it on herself rather than on others, she can halt any attack in place before it reaches her.
Accelerated Viy Viy Viy: B
A version that constantly keeps Viy's Mystic Eyes active. Provides an advantageous environment for Anastasia by inundating her surroundings in magical energy. In first-person shooter terms, it's like she has permanent high ground for sniping enemies.

A forced standstill caused by Viy's Mystic Eyes.
Rather than used on others, it cloaks oneself in order to cause all attacks to come to a halt before they hit, for a certain period of time.

Viy's Mystic Eyes changed into a state of continuous activation.
It creates a maelstrom of surrounding Magical Energy, providing Anastasia with favourable circumstances.
To put it in FPS terms, it's like being able to one-sidedly keep shooting at your opponent from an elevated position.

スネグーラチカは伝承の雪娘であるが、

ヴィイの魔眼によって、一時的に季節を反転させ、その際に生じる膨大なエネルギーをまるっと攻撃に置き換えた宝具。
見た目の華麗さとは裏腹に、かなり苛烈。

アンダースロー・フリーズシンカー。
皇女必殺のアンダースロー投法から、
一見は雪玉と思しきそれを投擲。
ただしそれは圧縮された氷塊にパウダースノーをまぶしただけの代物であり、回転が加わることによって、想像以上の破壊力を持つ。
それだけでもアレなのにヴィイの魔眼によって
ストレートの球威のまま、強引に曲がりくねる。
『FGO』では基本的に使用されていない。たぶん。

Snowy Summer, How Beautiful the Drops of Rime.
Although Snegurochka is a snow maiden of Russian folklore, she is in no way connected to this Noble Phantasm. It uses Viy's Mystic Eyes to temporarily invert the season, then catapults the incredible energy generated by that very inversion at the target. It's beautiful to see, but you really wouldn't want to be on the business end of this attack.

Icy Pitch, Killer Baseball.
The Grand Duchess uses her killer underhand throw to seemingly lob a nice, soft snowball at her target. It is, however, a lump of tightly compressed ice disguised by powdery snow. By putting a little spin on the throw, she's able to give it far more destructive force than would seem possible. That alone would make it hard to deal with, but Viy's Mystic Eyes enable it to curve in flight while retaining the full force of a fastball.
This Noble Phantasm is, as a rule, not used in FGO. Probably.

Snegurochka is a snow woman of folklore, though she's not particularly related to this Noble Phantasm.
By means of Viy's Mystic Eyes, the seasons are temporarily inverted. This Noble Phantasm uses the enormous amount of energy generated by this motion as an attack.
In contrast to its magnificent appearance, it is actually considerably fierce.

Underthrow Freeze Sinker.
The Grand Duchess' certain knockout underthrow pitching technique, throwing what appears to be a snowball at first glance.
In actuality, it's a compressed block of ice coated in a dusting of powder snow, which with the addition of rotation achieves unimaginable destructive power.
It's just that Viy's Mystic Eyes causes even a straight pitch to repeatedly curve forcefully.
It is not used in FGO. Probably.

夏が引き籠もりインドア系をサバゲーアウトドア系に変えるように、アナスタシアもアウトドア悪戯大好きシシシ系少女に変えてしまった。
暴走する彼女を止めることができるのは、マスターだけかもしれない。
キャスターのアナスタシアが皇女としての側面を押し出したものならば、こちらの彼女は本来の彼女が持っていた自由闊達な属性が強調されている。
そのせいかパーソナルスペースも近く（元から絆を深めれば深めるほど距離感が物凄く近付いていくのだが）、自分にドギマギする様を見て楽しむからかい好きな一面も持っている。
ただ、皇女としての側面が引っ込んだせいか、姉や弟たちのいない寂しさも強化されてしまったらしい。
マスターとして彼女と親しくなりたいのであれば、
その寂しさを紛らわせるように努力するべきだろう。

NA Localization:
Just as summer once enticed a die-hard shut-in to become a master of outdoor survival games, so too has it enticed Anastasia to become an impish outdoor prankster. At this point, Master may be the only one who can stop her from getting out of hand.
While the Caster version of Anastasia shows off her Grand Duchess side, this one has brought out her more free-spirited side. As a result, she cares much less for personal space (even putting aside her tendency to get very physically close to those with whom she is emotionally close) and her impish side also enjoys seeing people flustered around her.
However, presumably due to her Grand Duchess side receding into the background, it seems she also misses her siblings more in this form. If, as her Master, you would like to get to know her better, then you should try to do whatever you can to help stave off her loneliness.
Fan Translation:
Just as summer may turn a group of indoor shut-ins into savage outdoor-goers, so too has it changed Anastasia into an outdoors, prank-loving, snickering girl. Her Master might be the only one capable of stopping her from running amok.
If Anastasia the Caster emphasized the Grand Duchess part of herself, then this one emphasizes the free-spirited aspect she originally possessed.
Because of this, she has a tight personal space (though the deeper the bond with her grows, the closer she'll become), and enjoys herself by teasing those she likes and watching them get flustered with her.
However, perhaps because she has shut out the Grand Duchess part of herself, the loneliness she experiences without her brother and older sisters has been magnified. Maybe she wants to grow closer to her Master in an effort to stave off and distract herself from that loneliness.

いつも通りおしとやかにいこうと思っているわ」
とカルデアの友人たちに公言していた。
（直後友人たちにゲラゲラ笑われて喧嘩になった
のは言うまでもない）
だが、そこに立ちはだかったのが純真無垢、
おしとやかなど何のその。美しき肉食獣ではなく、
天然爆弾娘にしてただのフランスのぼんやり娘（後者は自称）、シャルロット・コルデー（水着）であった。
「私とキャラかぶってない？ ねえかぶってない？
しかもキャスターだし！！」
かくして宿命の二人はがっぷり四つに組み合い、
そして仲良くなったのであった。
「右半分が私で左半分があなたということで
どうかしら？」（アナスタシア）
「いいですね！」（コルデー）
「よくありませんわよ」「よくないわよ」
とカルデア警察に追われる身となる二人だが、
この時の二人にはまだ遠い未来であった。

NA Localization:
Even after changing into her new swimsuit, Anastasia wasn't shy about telling her friends at Chaldea, "Well, I am still a Grand Duchess. I plan to keep behaving like the same modest, mild-mannered lady I've always been." (It goes without saying that her friends laughed in her face upon hearing that. This led to a heated argument.)
But, there was also one pure and innocent girl, who truly was modest and mild-mannered, who stood up for Anastasia. Not a beautiful carnivore, but an airheaded living time bomb and self-proclaimed French Space Cadet: (summer) Charlotte Corday.
"Hey, you're not stealing my shtick, are you? Are you sure? I mean, you're a Caster and everything!"
And so, these two destined individuals made a four-part pact, ultimately becoming friends.
"I'll take the right half, you take the left. Sound good?" (Anastasia)
"Sounds good!" (Corday)
Eventually, the Chaldea police would come after them, declaring that no, their agreed-upon division is wholly unacceptable, but it would be a long, long time before the two friends ran into this particular problem.
Fan Translation:
When changing into her swimsuit, she thusly professed to her friends in Chaldea:
"Well, I am a Grand Duchess, you know? I'll remain as well-mannered as always."
(Needless to say, her friends laughed heartily at those words, and a fight broke out shortly thereafter.)
However, what came to stand in her way in this case was not pure innocence, manners, or anything of the sort.
More than a beautiful carnivore, there was a natural bombshell of a girl—a simple, dimwitted girl (the latter of which was self-proclaimed) by the name of Charlotte Corday (swimsuit).
"Are you putting on a character of me? You're acting, right? Hell, you're even a Caster!!"
Thus, the fate of these two were firmly interlocked, and as a result, they eventually became friends.
"How about the left half is mine, and the right half is yours, what do you think about that?" (Anastasia)
"Sounds good to me!" (Corday)
"This is not good at all", "this is really bad," they would yell as they were being chased by the Chaldean police, but for now this was something to come much later on.
