Action Points (アクションポイント??) or AP is stamina which recharges over time and allows players to start quests. Each AP takes 5 minutes to recharge, but can be completely filled up in exchange for one Saint Quartz or various types of Apples.
Every time you gain a new Master Level, your AP is completely refilled and the maximum capacity is increased by a minimum of 1 until you reach level 100. 146 AP is currently the highest amount possible at Master Level 170.
Generally, Main Quests for the main storyline will cost more AP than Free Quests in the same stage, while event free quests will cost more AP than main quests.

- Prior to the 3M Downloads Campaign, each AP took 10 minutes to recharge.
