Durant son NP, la musique jouée en arrière-plan est son thème de Fate/Hollow Ataraxia, "Excalibur".
Elle a reçu une Mise à jour d'animations de combat et de modèle lors de Fate/Accel Zero Order (Pre-Event), 21 April 2016 Update elle leur deuxième Mise à jour d'animations de combat et de modèle et des Dialogues additionnels durant New Year Campaign 2020, 1 January 2020 Update
- Elle est le premier serviteur à recevoir deux mises à jour d'animations de combat et de modèle.
- Son animation d'attente a été changée lors Fate/Grand Order ～5th Anniversary～ (10 August 2020 Update), et Artoria va désormais prendre une posture d'attaque pendant la sélection des cartes(C'est la première fois que cette mécanique est introduite). De plus, quand les compétences Explosion de Mana ou Cœur de réacteur draconique sont utilisée, l'animation de l'attaque extra est désormais modifiée.

In the English Server of Fate/Grand Order, her name was changed to Altria Pendragon instead of retaining the long-accepted Artoria Pendragon. This has lead to controversy within the fanbase between those preferring the original name, Artoria Pendragon, and those who prefer the official name given by the North American release. Technically neither are actually wrong though for the sake of seniority, and the past Fate works that use the name Artoria, the name Artoria is utilized as "Official" by the fanbase despite technically Altria being "Official" as well based off the English Server of Fate/Grand Order. Nonetheless, this has lead to confusion among newer and less experienced Fate fans who only know her by her English Server Fate/Grand Order's name of Altria Pendragon.
- Even stranger is that in Fate/Extella, Saber is referred to as Artoria rather than Altria. This may be because Fate/Extella was published by Marvelous Entertainment rather than Aniplex.
- In Melty Blood: Type Lumina, during her reveal as a crossover character, she is also referred to as Artoria rather than Altria. By November 12th 2021 however, her name has been changed to Altria.
- The name "Artoria" is a feminization of the name "Artorius", the roman name that "Arthur" originated from, and is the etymologically correct translation of her name.
In the first ascension, her Excalibur is shrouded by Invisible Air, a sheath of wind used to conceal the sword and, therefore, her true identity. This sheath can also be used to release compressed wind projectiles known as Hammer of the Wind KingStrike Air, evident from her close-ranged Buster and Extra animations.
