They all qualify, yes, but foreigners makes the most sense lore-wise. The abyss twin, as an avenger, is pretty neat though.
The only class they don’t qualify as is Moon Cancer, since they have to have a corrupting effect on Moon cell (a supercomputer that can mimic holy grail, to oversimplify). The only ones I remember doing such are BB and Kiara. Though Jinako and Archetype Earth have different reasons to qualify as such (consider them as outliers along with Ciel recently).
Foreigner seems to make the most sense, imho.

I got her in about 90 SQ (which is hella lucky, since she evaded me in new years banner after Koyan of Dark), and NP2 Salter. Now, Castoria is the only one left and I can finally save for Kukie.
