Robin isn't the highest st from the low stars and no Gilgamesh can't match his damage in no way at np1, however you don't need st damage most of the time, i just like to oneshot every boss, if you think an np1 gil can out damage robin, that's probably because of the level difference between the 2
If you're at lb7 using aoe to deal st damage and got that far, than idk just pick anything at this point
