I had a burnout from the Imaginary Scramble CQ Solo... the dead week didn't help much. But now I'm fully recovered just in time for the X-Mas Lottery.
Got this run recorded while doing the DL Campaign Missions with a few hours left before it ended.
A slight overkill tbh
Maou still burning through the HP pool despite the 75% Dmg Resistance after Break.

As you've experienced it yourself, surviving this CQ could be difficult. Even more so in a Solo. 😅
Edit: It was 12hrs+ in total but I didn't count the minutes, only adding the hours together. And I did it in two sessions. The first session was 8 - 9hrs long while the second session on the next day was 4 - 5hrs long.

Anyway, I got to 3T clear the CQ with Maou Nobu in a F2P Setup 🤗
When I started the Raids, the Saber & Rider Boss were already dead... those vultures lol
Summer Nobu has the easiest clear even though my Lv 120 Maou is stronk.

I finally got time to edit this...
Due to a mistake on Turn 4, this run was ended on Turn 7 instead on Turn 6. Nonetheless I'm happy that Maou can do this.
It was a bit a close to failing the 4T Solo considering Maou Nobu is Lv 120.
Just believe in the Nobu that believes in You!
@CliffEto I'd still give another attempt at restoring it if I were you. Just get as much information to the support as you are able to. In the meantime I've sent your alt a friend request after cleaning up the inactive players from my list.

Regarding your lost account, you can try to recover it. Send an email to the FGO US Support and they'll be asking you many questions regarding your lost Account. For example Transfer IDs, Birthdate, Recent Summoned Servants, Gold Servants, Paid Quartz, Quartz Purchase Receipt, etc.
I hope you'll succeed in getting the lost account back!
And remember: Always generate a new Transfer ID and store it safely somewhere and in multiple places in case you lose.
