Well you dont have to tell them you are using bluestacks, just give them the information you have and they'll try to give you your account back

Worse case scenario even if you dont have the transfer code, if you email fgo support with details like account ID and payment history, they should give you your account back. I have done that once and it went well

I believe she hits harder than draco against foreigner class, i have not done the math but it seems so. They both have disadvantage anyway so why even bother

Castoria berserker is probably the best single target dps you'll get, since she hits all classes and has a insane battery. The onkly downside i could think of is the one turn invul on np since it screws with minturns a lot of the time. I am only pulling draco because I like draco.
