I've been thinking abut sharing my summoning tricks for you all in the past but always forget to post it, so i'll do it now. From my experience, i can say this tricks work most of the time.
First, i've been make a lot of experiment for my gacha tricks but this newest trick of mine have been working great for a lot of time. From my experience and experiment, i assume that average 'gold card' ( SR and SSR servant, or 5 Star CE) appear on average 4 or 5 multi summon and 7 multi needed to pull one is the worst case scenario. If we use SQ summon to experiment it, surely it will cost a lot, but 7 max multi is the mixture beetwen friend point and SQ summon. So for gold card (5star CE and SR or SSR servant) in SQ summoning is equivalent for Artoria lily, Habetrot, and 4 and 5 star experience card.
Tricks :
Pull at least 4 multi summon from friend point summoning until you got all the pull is below 4 star (You don't get artoria lily, Harbetrot, and 4 and 5 star experience card, let just call it <4 star pull) in a row. If you want to, you can proceed to pull friend point summoning until you got <4 Star consecutively with maximum pull 6 multi (Personally i reccomend pull the 5th multi in SQ summoning). The longest you doesn't got 4 or 5 star card from friend points, the better. but remember you have to pull for the 7th multi in SQ summoning banner (banner that you want)
If you got Gold card (Sr and SSR or 5 star CE) after not getting 4 star card (Servant or experience card) in friend point (4-6 multi), repeat the process. For example, if you didn't get 4 or 5 star card from friend summoning 4 time in a row and pull your 5th multi in SQ summoning and you got gold card (Gold servant or 5 star CE), go back to friend summoning and tried to get another 4 <4 star pull in a row again.
Pro : You can make a most cost effective summoning
Con : if we assume the gacha mechanism work like this, There is a big possibility you miss a super lucky roll ( I often got 2 or 3 5 star experience card in friend summoning which mean i miss 3 gold card in one multi SQ summoning) and obviously you need a ton of friend point (Usuallly it takes 20-50 thousand friend summoning point to get 4 consecutive pull that got no 4 star card)
I'm sorry if my explanation is hard to understand and if you have a great gacha tricks, you can share it here. It's just a tips and trick so i can't guarantee it 100% works.
For reference, Here is my pull for summer and anniv 8 (300 SQ plus 40 ticket)
Using this trick i got np3 morgan, oberon,koyan, Np4 sith and np2 percival and some 5 star CE with 450 SQ and in summer 5 i got rider vinci, jean archer and dantes using less than 300 SQ. i Got moon cancer B.B with 60 SQ and 60 sq for Arch Type earth. lancer sakamoto using 90 Sq. Kyouketei bakin with 60 sq and ssr spook with less then 120 SQ each ( brada, Tamamo, enkidu, osakabe, jinako, and a lot of SR) In case you're wondering, i just recently start playing FGO again (I stop playing it for 1 years because i have a lot of stuff to do IRL) so i don't roll for lb7 servant and arcade plus summer 7 so i can't give you my gacha result. But usually you will get more 5 stars CE than SR servant and SSR Servant.
