Google uses your device's geolocation so you have to be physically in the US to redeem them iirc.

@Miyuki Asami Some EU countries have been added to the region list of FGO.
Unless your country is on that list you can't use gift cards at all.
@Otakon7 Iirc you only need a valid city and its postal code.
If your currency in the play store is set to USD after changing your main payment profile, it means it worked, hope you manage to figure it out.

You can add a payment profile that has the address set to anywhere in the US, it's in the Google Pay settings, however I don't know if it still works, if you manage to do it, you'll have to set that as your default payment profile.

The thing is, caster Gil can do what she does and some more, he also has a lower team cost is non limited and a 4* too, the only thing he can't do that she does is the buster debuff, that's why I was calling her dead weight.
And you can run her with Seigfried and George, but running her with Lancelot wouldn't really work, unless you use George with his bond ce and Leonidas to help with defense.
