2nd servant welfare of RULER?
Do you think only 2 RULER welfares have been done if so sadly you're wrong there have been 3 Samba Santa Quetz, Da Vinci Summer Lily and now Iyo. If you knew that and this is just your second well Samba will be coming back during the evocation festival next year if I remember right.
Help to know the servant too since some servants Mana Loading isn't really the best append, since it feels like a waste to me personally for say Arcueid or Nitocris as examples while it is a different situation for say Artoria and Gilgamesh.

@Wasadar4 Oh I can see your problem now was going to say if you had Beautiful Dreamer that could be a substitute but yeah looks like you are using your best available for now. Looks like for a freebie you'll be waiting for Little Big Tengu for Stitching for Your Beloved One.
@Wasadar4 the CE seems good but with it's ARTS focus it just bugs me while something like say Holy Night Supper or Aerial Drive just fit better in my opinion and still work with the 50%+30%+20% charge. As I said though with no knowledge of what you have access to I can't really comment past how I personally feel.

As for your CEs only one is kinda bugging me personally and that is the one on Gilgamesh but unsure what you have to replace it.
@Diejoubuu I have Altera on my 3rd standard support and honestly she is only there due to the amount of times she has spooked me on other Saber banners I tried for.
As for rarities among the 5* I would say probably a certain French guy with a huge cannon, a purple Japanese author and one easily mistaken for a VTuber who is an Archer somehow.
We now have 10 support lists with the ability to set 3 for normal and event so that should answer your question.
Also keep this in mind when you go to make your supports:
CEs can be used one time per list so you can have Chaldea Lunchtime on all 3 support lists.
A servant can only be used one time per support set so you can only have your Mashu on a single list per set.
I have to ask do you use Sabers against Lancers or does that make it too easy because using Yang against Berserkers is the same thing.
If you had Samba Quetz you could have gone double Meme and her with an offensive CE and then have the backline holding Holy King for a relatively easy clear. I can't really say or suggest much not knowing who or what you have but at least in the end you cleared it.
Only need 27 more servants for a 1k/1k completion though some in that 27 may have 1k ATK or HP though more likely ATK and I have over 200 servants.
@Nanophobia from my experience the 1 hour is from their login(logging out in that timeframe doesn't matter), so usually what I tend to do when friends I know are playing I refresh my support or quit to title and re-enter.
Though for me it is difficult at times with friends due to timezones makes the refreshing trickier unless I can't sleep.
All lotto reruns have been like this with the exception of the Da Vinci and the Counterfeit Spirits event rerun way back if memory serves.
I know the pain kinda, by kinda I mean I aimed for NP5 Summer Melt and Summer Illya and both destroyed me in different ways.
Summer Melt on original run used a stupid amount of quartz(1k+) and managed only NP3 of her on her solo, there was also a last ditch effort on final day but that didn't help yet during that event I also managed NP5+ Bunnytoria... and then the rerun goes and gives me 0 Melt over the whole event but the gacha decides "hey have another bunny with your 500+ used"...
Illya I kinda just gave up on after what I used and only getting 1 copy of her and odd spooks, I did post about this one.

Nearly 400 SQ and only 1x Illya to show for it she was my main target and the only other golds I got were an EMIYA, a Lakshmi Bai and an Altera...
EMIYA gave me a heart attack since he was gold orbs and all as well...
That single copy of Altera did this making her the only permanent that can provide me with USOs at current but won't be seeing those often...
The only upside was an MLB Honey Lake I was also aiming for but now to wait until I can summon for Illya again during a solo rateup.
