This would serve both as a indirect NP and Skill buff for her, increasing the consistency of her overall usage.

Mata Hari actually has a very good natural NP gain amount (2.1%), being able to generate a lot from a single Arts crit, but it was never worth it to go for her cards since her NP had such bad effects. This buff tries to make it better by using Waver's and Lan Ling's NPs as blueprints and making it a sidegrade version of them.

Deals 150% extra damage to [Super Large] enemies.
Nemo's gameplay is completely centered around his NP, having all his skills have effects that help he charge his gauge or increase his NP damage, yet he doesn't have an upgraded NP, while for some reason, other riders like Murasaki and Ozy got upgraded NPs even tho they have way more general usage than Nemo.

8 years of FGO and we still don't have a proper quick support for 3★ and lower. Giving Alex a defense up would make his support usage way better as he would actually provide good long term support with his 2 damage buffs, defense, stun and buff removal.
Edward Teach : Gentlemanly Love C++ :

Jaguar Warrior : Great Death Claw B+ :

Reduces their debuff resistance by 20/50% for 3 turns.<Buff/Overcharge>
Taiga's story locked status and un-upgrated NP made her always a bad damage option, as her big 60% damage up on skills only made her do about the same damage as her low star peers. This buff makes it actually do more damage than any other 3★ lancer, giving her an edge over them.
Jaguar Warrior : Jaguar Punch A+ :

10 turns was always way too much of a cooldown for this skill, and it's even worse now considering we have stuff like Ivan's first skill and Muramasa's first skill at a 5 turn cooldown. I still wanted this skill to have a long cooldown, so I added a NP battery as it not only gives her NP better uptime, it gives an actual reason to use Taiga, as she would be the only low star ST lancer with a battery.
