I want to commit story roll
Spent like 4 blue cubes beating it
Decided to use tamamo cat against beast koyanskaya. I want to repeat this quest just for tamamo cat solo.
I can't believe I pulled it off. I thought I'd lack damage at the final turn. Good thing Nero Caster can substitute for Reines, minus the charge, thanks to Umu's 3rd Skill.
I pretty much copied a whale comp I saw at Game Press. Here's the link of the vid: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vor2DAL0cWo
Thank you, Musashi, for being a great Servant, and a great friend to us. May you rest in peace in the Void that you dedicated your whole life to reach.
...
Okay, using that as a funeral picture is just very stupid but so hilarious that I can't resist doing it. I do apologize to every Musashi fans out there.
Ever since I read Romulus=Quirinus' 1st skill I kinda wanted to make a double dps setup with another Roman servant. I finally did it.
Kirschtaria/Caenis 4T with him and Nero Bride. Pretty tricky because the order and who to use Nero's buffs on would be different depending on the situation.
Kintoki running over just another Caster boss with the help of Skadi, and Santa Nightingale so good with her anti buff-removal
5 tks then a multi and he showed up, in a god roll no less. But it doesn't stop there, decided to finish the 5 tks for the addition free summon, first tk np2. My grand collection is going strong
Mash survived with 8 HP and had no guts left (no pun intended, but still funny)
I did it, I used her skill.
As you all can(not) see the "Skip"-button is missing. A truly devastating sight. You can't skip yourself to safety.
So, what were your thoughts on the second/final part of Lostbelt 5?
The pace was... Weird at time, with like 4 or 5 dialog only parts, only to have 1 or 2 random "filler" fights, just so it wouldn't be ALL dialog.
The real fights were great in general, Talos + Dioscuri took me 5 tries (cause the first 3 I legit did'nt really look at the screen or changed my "full bond CEs"), yet dreaded fights like Demeter and Aphrodite were beaten in one go
(I shall remind everyone that I DO NOT own any Support Caster (besides Asclepius), so there's that) and were not difficult at all.
Zeus was a bit annoying cause random ups and downs screwed me a few times, but I managed.
Once you know the gimmick, Kirschtaria was so much easier than expected, really saved my CS for him, and ended up using none, thx god the Mighty Emperor can solo this (and friend support is available for this fight).
There was some eye rolling at times, cause it seems to me they start to rely way too much on Deus Ex Machinas (even tho this Lostbelt dealt with ACTUAL MACHINAS DEUS, I know it's ironic), some things seemed way too convenient for us to succeed (random help from ennemies for no reason, ennemies NOT using their actual power for no reason too, etc...)
Anyway, it was really enjoyable, we got pretty good characterisation on the Crypters (except Daybit, AGAIN), some good explanations, the plot was further explored... Oh and I finally started to like Musashi, she finally served an actual purpose instead of being there for fanservice, and the final scenes with her were artistically gorgeous!
Since I play the game for the story, I enjoyed myself quite a lot!
Oh and I got Caenis NP10 when I fucking don't want her, and I'm gathering every scratch of SQ I can left to still try for the twins.
So all in all, nice Lostbelt, and fuck Caenis
8/10
He came, he saw, they conquered! Bedi do the heavy lifting, while Caesar deal the last hit. What a tactic.
Totally forgot to post this, but it worked 😎
