Finally got a normal run.
Medea broke the first bar with NP spam, the 2d with np spam and killed the third with NP (while still having the negate class disadvantage buff).
Cu, Corday, and Cursed Arm took care of Reines. Corday clears the annoying defense up buff when you break her second bar and just ignore the defensive class disadvantage negation from Reines' np. And Cu and Cursed Arms just being themselves.
Finally got a normal run.
Okuni broke the first bar with crit brave chain, the 2d with np + an Arts crit and killed the 3rd with np (while still having every buff) and crits the turn after.
Mash, Izo and Martha took care of Reines. Martha clears the annoying debuffs when you break the first bar and removes the defensive class disadvantage negation from Reines' np. And Mash keeps the team alive obviously.

If you don't mind, you can share your setup for the upcoming barbatos raid. It might help me or other player to build their own team. I'll put mine in the comment in case someone doesn't want to get spoiled and want to challenge themselves

Anybody knows how to unlock Mission 45 in the Event?
From what I found it should unlock once Mission 44 is done, but no dice.
In the story I'm at the time-gated quest at the "Fake Rhongomyniad"
