Her farming damage is off the charts with the guaranteed 2 Buster crits on wave 2 and 3. Here's a sample comp of the kind of numbers you can expect. I also tried her in some 90++ nodes and she was able to handle most of them by herself, even with Foumes in some cases. I'll post some of those in the comments.
Kana Ueda and Shizuka Ito are drinking buddies. For anyone not wanting to look it up they voice Ishtar and Astraea or Rin and Luvia.

1 multi and 3 tickets. Still not buying the new GSSR though. Maybe give me Mélusine within 4 multis and I'll consider it.
Okay so hear me out. I might have just spent 500sq to get a NP2 copy of Ishtar...
I don't consider it an absolute fail because of several reasons:
- She was my first SSR and a lvl.120 target so as long as I can get her bond levels up she's fine on this side.
- She doesn't have that much rate up in the upcoming months.
- Got some rare prisms on the way (NP8 Parvati and NP6 Wu Zetian).
- I still have ~600sq left.
- Kukulkan and Tezcatlipoca both have two banners in 2025 so I still have until next June to meet my goals (NP5 Kuku and NP2+ Tez).
So in the end I could even say I'm quite happy about the state of my account right now, and hopeful for the upcoming targets 😤

I'm just Curious for the 3rd skill (Mana Burst Gem A+) of Ishtar as of you click it then wait for 1 turn(delay) it will activate the atk(1turn). Though from that skill cooldown is 5(level1) but cooldown 3(level10).
From the new update on the jp 9th anniversary the new 2 added to use servant coin in is the skill reloading cooldown level10(is reduced to 3) , so 3-3 = 0 cool down? (Is it permanent or just one use?)

She's been on my side for 5 years on NA, here she blessed me with her coming on JP (6 tickets!!)
Ishtar is one of my favorite servants from my favorite story arc so I'm glad! :D
My main issue on JP is now all the farming I have to do to lvl up skills haha
Thanks to several interludes abruptly opening, Ishtar (and Altera) reached bond 6 much quicker than expected. With all materials in hand, I was ready to get her battery; but since she is already a 50% charger, is this the right choice? She has a steady job on the Double Koyanskaya farm, whose 50% charges seem to leave the initial 20% charge as a bit of (superfluous?) padding. I have not forgotten about Kaleidoscope but 6 slot (5 if I must) farming is a higher priority.
I guess this is a similar situation as my giving Morgan her battery, but it's a little different when the 50% total battery is divided between two skills.
I thought I would consult you Fandom Folks and see if you could uncover what (if anything) I am missing.
That's some pretty okay civilisation.
Of course, the most popular 'dere' and I sort of get the appeal. I'm married to one after all. So it might be hypocritical to say "they're so overrated."
But they are?
Now I'm a Rin fan and have both Ishtar and Eresh (not a tsundere). But some of FGO's most popular characters from Olga to Jalter to Gil on the men's side are the Tsundere types. And that part of their character is likely why they are consistently popular.
Personally, Kuuderes have slowly grown on me and are the best 'dere' type. Dont @ me.
