Got Summer Fran with 4 tickets
Got her skills to 9/9/9 immediately to keep the status of having all servants at least 9/9/9 intact and took her for a test run. Her performance is nothing special as expected, but can get the job done. Not like gameplay has any part in why I wanted to get her.

It will still stun her for 1 turn.(Damage mod of 1000%-1400%)
(expelantions: Since so Much of her kit centers on her Np I decided, to actually make it worth all the demerits and take it from a nuke, to like a Tzar bomb)

Increases Np gain by 45% for 3 turns, gains 10 Np charge per turn for three turns, and charges her npe by 20%

(I felt I had to make this Skill better than Saber Fran's "Moderate Load" since that is canonically weaker, and again due to all her Np focus I had to make it worth all the demerits)

Yeah when's her next rate up or banner going to be? Both the caster and lancer versions also is saber Fran gonna get a rerun soon? I heard from someone that she will but I don't know for sure.

I wanted Saber Fran, and aimed to NP level up MHXX and Raikou.
I got Fran NP2 and uh.. no MHXX or Raikou. Instead I was spooked by Achilles (he's NP3 now) and got that Chinese harlot Foreigner out of the blue. :(

Like i grailled her to 100 and almost 10/10/10 her (so far 8/8/10) but i still dont really know the optimal ce for her or just good in general most the time i used golden sumo but i think they are other/better
