Possibly Barghest. One could just say that is just Gawain, but I'm thinking more along the lines of the original Barghest legend. Sort of a demonic hound type servant.

For the Guda-Guda crew, gotta be male Ranmaru with a female Mori.

Tier 1.

The Ushiwakamarus, Jing Ke and San Zang. They are supposed to be good looking males. THE END. I hate it when they reverse gender with no good explanation. Especially for San Zang, she is not even having a monk haircut now, this is ridiculous. And for Jing Ke, she should not be able to read if she was a she.

Ranmaru. There are male Ranmarus, and according to history he was a good looking boy, who doesn't like a good looking boy? I want some classic Ranmaru like the Musou one, good looking, serious, calm, loyal. Not screaming around like a mad person, especially when you can't adjust volume for individual characters.

Caenis. She asked the gods to make her a him, so that she won't be raped again. Let's put the fact that "beautiful boys in the Greek myths get raped too" aside, the whole point of the wish was to have a less feminine body. Judging by the illustrations, apparently the wish was never granted. This makes me sad. It seems like Caenis was tricked by the gods again.

Tier 2.

Male Ibuki. Like in the legend, a handsome male youkai that preys on girls. With any luck he can keep his lamia body which is even better for me.

Caesar. They didn't call him "the man of all women and woman of all men" for nothing. Give him a reverse version.

Benienma. She looks like a trans-gender and trans-species at the same time. Colourful plumages are for the boys! Besides, sparrows don't have them anyway! If she wants to be an Australian king parrot that badly, let her have it!

They missed a solid opportunity when they DID NOT genderswap Caenis. Her whole thing is that she became a man in her myth. So WHY is she a woman? I'd really like to see the male version, not a cop-out like we have right now. Give me tanned greek buff dude with tattoos, rah!
