Saber because his play style is more unique. Buff his NP to have 3 turns on the Atk buff instead of 2, get rid of the demerit, and add an extra Buster buff as an Overcharge effect, or maybe some kind of survival and he'd be serviceable. Caster has too much competition for any kind of buff they would be likely to give him to make him stand out in any way.

Ok fine fine. Seriously I think both of them are terrible gameplay-wise, and both need some upgrades.

Saber Gilles can have some Jeanne-specific buffs. "When any Jeanne is around, buff to himself and the Jeannes", something like that. Like Miyu-Illya or Katsu-Nobu. Or, maybe have some dark humour. "When Jeanne dies near him, super-buff himself for 1 turn in the anger of losing her" things like that.

For the Caster one, I just don't like how he seemed powerful in the anime, but in the actual game Diarmuid can probably kill him with one lance. He needs to be at least closer to his anime performance. Especially the attack. Without any buff, his phantasm in the game is even weaker than Jason...who costs 4 less than him! 4 costs! With that budget you can build an opera house! And he wasted it in apparently nowhere! This must be stopped, he has to make himself worth of his salary.
