Tamamo's main role is Arts NP buffer combined with a bit of cooldown reduction. I don't see Asclepius/Paracelsus doing this.

I admit, I haven't used her for a while, though, because she has no battery skill.

True, but you also didn't use her. She's just not fit into my system. And I only do low rarity servants anyway.

Thanks to her I can abuse Rasputin skills in LB VII.

Thanks to her I can see how scary Johanna's third skill on 6-7 CD.

She needs an NP Charge Up so she can use her NP at level 3+ for a bigger battery. A party-wide NP gain or a battery would work too

Based on my testing I did with Tiamat, OC2 and a self charge would make her OP lol

The point of her NP in Extra was so you can spam your skills, so why not :P

Doesn't she already have multiple buffs?

I remember the builds for using her instead of Oberon.

She has 3 buffs, but basically all her buffs were fixing early design mistakes. NP buff only increased the healing on the NP with nothing else. Skill one got 30% NP damage to the team in addition to the drain. Skill 3 was tacking on 2500 heal. They are some of the most underwhelming buffs ever. If her kit had included those buffs the day of her release people would say she needs buffs right now. Never mind that her skill 2 is so mediocre to bad. The ONLY thing she has that is worth something is the cooldown reduction on NP. The drain can be completely irrelevant in breakbar fights when breaking a bar can cause the NP to max out in many fights.
