Tamamo's main role is Arts NP buffer combined with a bit of cooldown reduction. I don't see Asclepius/Paracelsus doing this.

She needs an NP Charge Up so she can use her NP at level 3+ for a bigger battery. A party-wide NP gain or a battery would work too

Based on my testing I did with Tiamat, OC2 and a self charge would make her OP lol

The point of her NP in Extra was so you can spam your skills, so why not :P
