I mean, you don't say "A B29 destroyed Hiroshima"? No. You say "A nuclear bomb did it". You never credit the damage to the launcher, you credit the one that was launched by it. So my argument stands. This IS using Mash, causing damage.

@Brichards719 I won't say Magical Girl of Sapphire is "tailor made". Everyone except Arash wants more NP in this game, Magical Girl is one of THE most general CE in the game.

OP said the servant has to be on the CE art which is why I specified Miyu. Obviously any of these CEs can be great on tons of different servants.

Witches kitchen absolutely doesn't work on Circe, but I like to put it on her sometimes anyway because it's cute.

Definitely not. Chocolate Heaven is a Limited Gacha CE, not event CE. That's why it's not on Mana Prism or Rare Prism shop.

I think it can come back in the Valentines rerun banners though I’m usually cleaned out of SQ by that time lol

All Kirei-focused CE, it very consistent in telling 'he's the solo guy' since DW era.

Steel Training? Yes, Rasputin would like some Defense Up to not expend his Guts early.

Last Dinner? Yes, he's Arts and would like some Critical Damage Resist.

Before Awakening? Yes, Defense Up and overall Performance Up are good for him.

Parched Fist? Of course that 11k ATK wanted some stars on top of Performance Up.

Priest Banquet? AQ Up and NP Gen Up. Definitely better for him than Douman or Cagliostro.

These two are also on theme-

CEs aren't that great to begin with, mainly because of the Split Stats, but the skills/NP do somewhat match with the servants.

She's got the Healing thing on her first skill. On the other hand, the Sisters are kinda tanky, so the damage cut is on theme too.
