That's the joke. The developer just give everyone NP charge as their buff. In Sanson case, it's a little bit fancy~

So in Jekyll's case, basically it's his masters saying how much they love him, and forcing him to drink the potion as he struggles not to at the same time.

I guess Sanson kind of doesn't like it either. It's probably just some skills he learnt to avoid overworking in his busiest time, and he doesn't even like his job.
