You know, I don't play that often, but I log into the game daily to keep my login streak going. I actually engage with the gameplay itself only when I'm in the mood or have a specific reason, like farming resources for an SSR waifu. Sometimes I might completely skip an event just because I can't be bothered to play.

I log in daily for several reasons: 7-day daily login, login streaks, events, doing free quests and getting materials for ascension and skills.

I've logged in and played every day except the two times I broke my streak.

I wrecked my phone once, and the replacement took a couple days to arrive. I lost my account during transfer the second time; and Customer Support took a day to give me a new code.

What do you mean by "play"? If it means logging in, then every day while I'm active in this game. If you mean going into combat or reading the story, then infrequently - usually only when there are events

To me, "play" refers to not wasting AP and having that 5 minutes countdown for an AP to recharge be active as much as possible. ┐(￣～￣)┌

Which means, the app has to opened and Quests have to be done within every 11 hours these days. (148AP)

It's 12 hours actually.

1 AP = 5 Minutes

1 × 12 = 12 AP per hours.

12 × 12 = 144 AP per full refill.

If you do 3 40 AP Quests, then it took 10 hours to refill that. So no, it's not 11 hours. It's between 10—12 hours.
