There's an Ordeal Call Free Quest that guarantees at least one each time you complete it.

I'm aware of the quest, but I use the Europe node to get Bond for my servants instead, able to get it cleared with only one set servant and the friend support, using whoever for the other four slots to work on Bond levels. I'm currently farming Shells in normal free quests.
