The two of them's Summonable, even with FP Summoning, when that Grail Front event which Ptolemaios is released in, which features Typhon as the enemy, who's the newest playable Servant is out.

(But I guess that'll be 2 years before you guys before you can use your own Typhon...?)

I almost forgot to mention that Sugitani and Theseus will not have any FP rate ups and getting them with the FP Summoning during their debut's probably going to cost A LOT. ＼(º □ º l|l)/
