Iirc, it's just a survival battle. Survive until it uses it's charged attack, and the battle end immediately.

Maybe I’m on the one right after that? Cuz it’s used it’s NP charge attack thingy a few times thus far.

Which section and what Arrow is your Fight?

Chapter 6, 5th arrow? That has you needing to break two bars. It isn't special in any way, just need to break two bars with high damage. The other fights with it, you just survive long enough, or break down its health quickly so it ends the fight early.
