The 3rd Skill has the same duration as the 2 skills: 6 cooldown turns.

I had said, in January that I would deal with the skills of the 3 Pretenders, in preparation for Ordeal Call 1, which will be released in the middle of the week in May, but now I have done it.

What remains is to deal with the 3 skills of the 3 Rulers.
