It's nice to see the skill description is updated. It's no longer "Apply random effect for yourself".

@Muhammad Abdul Aziz Habibi Yeah, but I haven't tested this updated skill yet, but next year Nero will receive a buff once again.

Nero still has Skills at level 4.

The buff is decent, but her next buff is when she really becomes top tier.

Just did the Lancer Alter Rank Up, Nero and Nightingale come later. Some of my long retired servants got buffs this event.
