I've remembered I,ve just seen the episode 8 weeks ago, so here's what Locusta looks like in Dr Who
Btw, this is Nero
Before anyone asks, this was made 1965.

Is it from "The Romans"? I've seen every episode of Doctor Who ever made, but can't remember much about this one off the top of my head. Maybe that the great fire took part at some point if I'm remembering right.
Yet another fan of "Doctor Who". Although I’ve watched it, I’ve mostly only seen the episodes from 2005 onward and briefly skimmed through the old-school ones. So I’m pleasantly surprised.
Locusta looks surprisingly like the one from Doctor Who. Maybe her artist watched Doctor Who, too.
That the episode was made in 1965 explains why Nero is depicted as a man :p
@Brichards719 Exactly. This is the 3rd episode "Conspiracy" from "The Romans" (or season 2 eps 14)
And yes, the doctor gives Nero the fire idea, by accidentally burning his construction plans.
Thought so. And that's probably one of the first doctor serials I remember a bit more of because it was unusually comedic so it stood out somewhat. A lot of those really early ones, especially the missing ones are almost entirely forgotten by me because the last time I saw them was more than 10 years ago.
I have to say, I really like the first season, the grumpy doctor having to be saved by his companions is a complete 180 to the modern jack-of-all-trades joker.
That said, the second season is kind of a letdown. I'm curious about the third one and the first regeneration.
Lots of missing episodes in season 3 sadly, so it can be pretty rough to get through relying on reconstructions, but some have been animated. "The Tenth Planet" where the first regeneration happens is quite good and it's also the debut of the Cybermen so it's iconic in more than one way. After that Troughton is outstanding as the 2nd Doctor IMO, and the vast majority of his missing episodes have been animated.
What do you think?
