I think Solomon is the prime candidate for the 10th Anniversary Servant. I'm basically 100% sure that he's who the majority of players will choose.

Aside from Solomon, I wouldn't mind Gilgamesh (Prototype).

Charles Leclerc, Max Verstappen, Lewis Hamilton, or Michael Schumacher. Maybe even Legends like Ayrton Senna, Alain Prost, or Niki Lauda is also a good choice for anniversary (and possibly future collab) servants.

U-Olga would be my choice, but IDK what they plan for her. It feels like a coinflip whether Takeuchi is the artist for the 10th anni servant.

I'm also curious to see if they do something unusual like 2 servants to celebrate 10th anniversary. Yes, it would look like a cashgrab, but it doesn't feel bad when summer 7 had an extra SSR servant and was fine.
