50 coins (NP 1) + 80 coins (Bond 10) = 130 coins.

Ah my bad. Do not know if *4 star servant have less coins, unless have more copy. So that's why only few my *4 servant that get append skill -_-

Yeah. For permanent 4*, you need NP 2 + Bond 9 just to open 1 append skill.
