I advise to go farm Shimousa Battlefield. It drops Bones, Dust and Magatama, and it is a top 5 or 10 spot for all those mats. It is less time consuming than Fuyuki, at the very least.

Edit: It's around 40 ap/drop for bones, 60 for dust and 70 for Magatama, so it's an overall good spot if you need two of those mats.
