It's supposed to appear on the Bleached Earth which players gain access to in the Ordeal Call. I don't think they're time locked but I remember them being replayable for a short time during their own releases for players who loves that sort of thing.

I don't want to give any spoilers but if anyone's wondering, no.

The "Bleached Earth" is written as "白紙化地球" has nothing to do with that hit manga. (￣ ￣|||)
