I've got to warn you, rolling on banners on a whim is a great way to end up not having enough quartz when the servants you really want come out. If you want both Tiamat and Draco there's no way you'll have pity for both. Every bit of quartz counts. Not trying to tell you what to do, just a bit of friendly advice.
