Not much.

I have 9 CEs at max level, 8 of them are level 100.

I have Honey Lake, Demonic Sun-Princess, Beautiful Dreamer, Royal Icing, Painting Summer, Hero on the Beach, Chilf of Atlas, Merry Sheep, Aerial Drive, Fondant au Chocolat, Sweet Crystal, Hero Elly's Adventure, Magical Girl of Sapphire, Hot Spring Under the Moon, Golden Sumo, A Fragment of 2030, GUDA-O, Another Ending, Maid in Halloween, Black Grail, Kaleidoscope, Limited/Zero Over, and finally Formal Craft. I'm currently working on Origin Bullet, which is at level 93 right now, and the next one will probably be Imaginary Element, to complete the trinity since I got my fifth copy this summer.

I'd probably never have a level 100 Craft Essence or even started on one that if it was not for that Master Mission which rewards players for having them back then...

Also, you're asking for suggestions for your next lvl 100 CE, but that's difficult to do if you don't show what CEs you actually CAN level. You should send a picture of your 5* CEs, at least.

Mine are not for the feint of heart cause I have many Redrop CEs there.

As you can see I have some 4* CEs at max level between all those Abby CEs. My next level 100 target is there in the corner. I was able to get 30 levels for it in new year.

If you need a strong CE at level 100 than try leveling one with Pierce Invincible.
