So I fought super Morgan and decided to use some Taunt CEs like suggested. I depleted 2 of her bars before my team gt wiped. So naturally did a 3 CS revive and was hoping for the taunt CE to divert the heat away from the DPS for the last bar.

But the taunt CEs apparently didn't refresh itself after revive and my DPS had her buffs removed almost every turn. Was Taunt CEs always not affected by revives or did NA somehow screw up again?
