That said, not having a gold tier servant in a class doesn't leave you without options. Despite their shortcomings in stats, both silver and bronze tier servants are still an option. Ushiwakamaru and Mandricardo are both 3* single target Riders who are surprisingly good for boss fights. Madricardo especially since you now have the best Arts support.

No need to go any further with Castoria. NP1 is already enough, so NP2 certainly is. I concur with not rolling to fill a roster gap. Look at future banners and plan your rolls accordingly. Don't just roll on whatever banner comes along. Research servants beforehand and decide if they're someone you really want/will greatly help you out.

Don't worry about not having a 4 star Rider. If you're still in Okeanos, you just started playing. You'll get one eventually.

(As long as you're in Arc 1, Berserkers are a viable option for most fights.)

Ibaraki's NP can hit surprisingly hard and if you level Tamamo-Cat to 80 (and probably progress in story, though I'm not sure about that), you can upgrade two of her skills, giving her a one time invulnerability for 5 turns and a one time debuf immunity to prevent her self-stun.

As for looking up servants, with Castoria you already got the best option for tanking bosses. Look out for a Merlin (or lady Avalon) when they get their reruns to attain a consistent NP regeneration and you mostly can change to "rolling for optics" afterwards.
